  Won't suggest anyone to stay here

  This hotel is terrible. We went to this hotel as a group of around 30. The location is very far in a quiet place but terrible road. The room is in poor condition, very dirty and dusty. The drain was clogged so it started flooding when we took a shower. The meeting room was average. The staffs were horrible no sense of service mind at all. We have to take our own luggage to our room because their worker has already gone home. The food was bad and cold as they didn't even heat them. We walked back to our room after having dinner and the lights weren't on and it was so dark we couldn't see anything as they didn't turn on any lights so we had to use our phone as a flashlight. When we were checking out of the hotel, the reception took one of our towel and asked if they can wash away the cosmetic's stain with an angry tone but after their maid said it can be washed, they didn't even say sorry. They charged us with everything. So I suggest you not to stay and avoid this hotel.

  I read the other negative reviews earlier, and can say I agree with them. Had to stay here for the North Face marathon. Location-wise, its deep in the middle of farmland and quite far from the Khao Yai park. The way in is through a confusing network of country backroads. The walkway to my room was full of plant roots hanging down from the roof, so I had to duck here & there while walking. A lamp in my room had a broken glass lampshade. The aircon didn't seem to be working properly and was not cold. A pipe was leaking next to the toilet bowl with a pool of water on the floor. The bathroom seemed to be recently painted but it was done in a messy way with paint splatters on the towel rail. Could not watch anything on TV since the signal was so poor. This hotel needs a serious upgrade!

  Give Them a Chance...this property is not bad!

  Just came back from 2015 Thailand North Face 100 and found this hotel is o.k. Thanks to previous negative comments so I didn't expect anything except a place near an event. But it's surprisingly comfortable. I stayed in deluxe room, the same building as lobby and restaurant. The room and rest room are clean. Food is very good taste, I can feel how much they put their intention to their cooking. Though their crockery are old and plain but can be offset by tasty and cleanliness; try coffee it's much better than some 5 star hotels. Mini bar is charged at reasonable price. Hotel staff are local people, they serviced in their style which I fully understood. However, there were 2 big complaints; shower water was very very weak and TV didn't work. I will definitely stay at this hotel for next year race.

  Not recommend to stay. Enough for me.

  I got a room called "creek view" but the room is too old, poor facilities, dirty restroom, old towels, poor wifi, etc. I booked here because it's close to the trail running race-the north face. In short, this resort is not worth for staying and traveling near by. You can find better-better-better place than here.

  There are nicer rooms

  We went there for the North Face race and yes, it is a bit away from everything but there were enough buses going to the running site. We could see that there are different room categories....we had most probably the worst one which was dark, small and felt like a prison....it is old and not well kept. We explored the hotel a bit and could see much nicer rooms.. I had booked with king size bed but we had single beds....not happy about that There is a restaurant and the food is average, unfortunately if you have no car then you are pretty much stuck there We will go back to the North Face race but will chose a different hotel next time
