  Pros - appartements are situated really close to the main square in Arco, which is great, and have reserved free parking for guest, but only for 6 cars, there is free wifi, and quite nice rustical equipment of the rooms and the price is really good - up to 4 persons can stay (double bed and sofa for 2), but it's not ideal. Cons - the equipment of the kitchen - plates, forks, knives - nothing was washed up when we arrived. no balcony, quite dark rooms. I really wouldn't call it 4* The keys and real reception is in Riva del Garda - few kilometres away.

  Villa with elevator in Arco centre

  Great location, 5 minutes from Arco centre. Equipped with elevator, nicely renovated. Spacious appartments, unfortunately not air conditioned and very simple furniture. You have to check inn in Riva and leave your keys in a box in the house when you leave. It is allowed to bring your bike in the room, there is also room in the cellar, but the place there is quite scary and dark. Appartement feels more like 3 star facility, but it is worth the price.there are some parking spaces in front of the house, enough in off season.

  Weak Internet!

  The room it clean and normal one bed room with kitchen. Wi-Fi not good quite slow and make you feel bored to connected it. The location abit difficult to find for us that we drive on the night time but finally we found it. Not far from the castle, shopping area and church in center with nice bars to chill out.

  Perfect location for a relaxing break

  Very nice and spacious apartment in a historical building very close to the centre of the cosy village of Arco. Extremely quiet area where you can enjoy a nice sleep: a real relaxing place. Very clean, equipped kitchen (just a problem with the fridge which suffered with poor cooling), free internet access but no air condition -in spite of that we slept very well by leaving the two windows totally opened. Not very easy to park the car because the parking place of the Villa is limited to 4-5 spaces. Excellent price-quality ratio for the end of July.

  We have just been for our third visit to villa nicole. We keep thinking that it will be our last time but always leave feeling there is more to do. Villa Nicole is in such a perfect location. The right side of Port Soller to get the maximum sunshine at all times of day (big outdoes area means that you can follow the sun). My husband cycles and hires a bike locally. We both do lots of walking (amazing walks for all abilities on the doorstep). We have done sea kyaking and also hired a vespa to explore the island. We're both over 50 and it is just such a joyous place. Liz is brilliant. A warm hearted Glaswegian who can't do enough for you but at the same time does not intrude on your holiday. She always listens to constructive feedback and makes adjustments accordingly. If you get the chance to stay here (book well in advance!) You will not be disappointed. Food lovers: lots of restaurants within walking distance. Home cooks: plenty of places to buy local produce (ask Liz about the local markets) and the facilities at Villa Nicole are fantastic. I can't praise enough. Love this place.
