  You pay peanuts and get monkeys

  This is basic accomerdation dont expect anything else. Our small villa H4 was very very small with a small bathroom which needed a good clean. The AC was working but remote did not at times, the room was either very hot or very cold, the staff did not clean the outside patio area. Breakfast was the worst I have evsr seen, used it once and then eat outside. Level of English was very very poor communicatio was difficult and you get a Yes for everthing. However no help, my husband was bitten to death by mosquitos.

  Last night my wife felt over on the pavement pad to the house, With is in a danger condition. We are not happy with our accommodation because: Day 2 we reported by reception wifi & TV out of order (no action). 1. Wifi is not working 2. TV is not working 3. Many electric wall contact boxes are not connected with the electric main net. 4. Electric wall contact boxes are to old and the connection felt out the holes. 5. hair dryer is missing. 6.Sofa seat is damaged (total). 7. Toilet seat (room 5) is to old to clean. 8. Airco (room 3) shrill sound, to loud to sleep. 9. taps and draining are leaking, calcified and moldy 10. No problem for us, but during the night an unlisted stowaway in the basement. General: Poor impression Overdue maintenance No longer suiteble for accommodating West European guests in this condition.

  Dont be fooled by the pictures

  We booked a delux villa which turned out to be a room on the second floor in a block, the pictures make it look nice but the room was dark and damp with a terrible smell from the drain in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken and badly stained, all the fixtures in the bathroom where rusty. The bathroom door was warped so would not shut easy. The room had a fridge and kettle cups but no tea or coffee, free bottled water daily the room was cleaned daily and towels changed. The bed was hard. Breakfast was buffet mainly catering for Asian guests but there was toast and jam plus a egg station doing fried eggs. The air con and wi-fi worked well. There was a nice pool with deck chairs and wooden sunbeds and parasols.

  Not a 'villa' be warned

  Nothing like description (Cheap tower block) - be warned. As extended family, we ended up separated in 2 separate concrete blocks - hundreds of metres apart (albeit connected by circulating moped/sidecar with rider) Dismal breakfast.

  Great place for solo trip

  I stayed for 18 days and this was my unforgettable trip. I have been to many places in Thailand such as Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai and Pattaya is the last stop of my Thailand trip. I would like to recommend you all that this is my favourite accommodation. I do agree with most of the reviews here that the room is quite small and dark but I think that it is worthy because the price is very very cheap and the location of the hotel is so good. It's just 5 minutes walk to the night market and less than 1 minute walk to the beach. The staff are very very very gooood. The room I'd stayed was a villa hut, this room was very convenient for me. I'm the one who like to swim and it's close to the swimming pool so I spent hours in the swimming pool in every evening. Breakfast is normal, they had fried chicken, toasts, fried eggs, salad, watermelon and some Thai food which I think is not too spicy. Very good, I will go back again.
