  Bien el departamento, buena vista y piscina, camas cómodas, deberían renovar almohadas y el microondas no funcionaba, el parking sale 11 euros por día y es complicado estacionar en la zona asi que hay que tenerlo en cuenta ....

  Catastrophic, disgusting, nobody available if any problem -- dont go thereWe arrived and there was not enough sheets: I had to sleep in the tablecloth. No pillows, blankets were dirty. There were large breaks in the floor. Dont go there its horrible.

  Fabulous pool and area.

  Really recommend staying here, rooms need updating but was clean and spacious. Pool is fantastic and close to the beach. Quiet, close to the shops and bus stops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a lovely vibe to it and would definitely be returning again.

  Value for money

  Great for short stays... I was a bit miffed I couldn't get clean towels unless i paid 7 euros, there is no cleaner which is ok but I had no mop to clean the floors. You have to keep asking reception for toilet roll. We had studio on 1st floor opposite the street, no good if you like a lay in! Every morning about 5am the dust carts arrived very very noisy. Having said all that it was cheap and you do get what you pay for and I would return. The pool was fine it was near beach and shops. A taxi into Cannes was 18 euros, also you can hire bikes from shop opposite for 15 euros I def recommend that. I would also recommend the little restaurant below the hotel very good food and friendly. The hotel was clean although dated and slightly shabby around the edges.

  Good priced family holiday

  We were initially hesistant about booking here based on the Trip Advisor reviews however we were swayed with the really reasonable prices. We weren't disappointed! We arrived late in the evening, which could have posed a problem however having done a little research in advance and realising that there was only limited reception cover for the apartments we contacted the company in advance who provided us with clear instructions on how to gain access to our apartments. We were really pleased with the spacious 1 bedroom apartment allocated to us on the 2nd floor. The apartments provide all basic facilities needed for a family holiday. There were some slightly "tired" elements of the apartments with small areas of chipped melamine in the bathroom and kitchen but the apartments were spacious, clean and fresh linen and towels were provided. The only slight downside was the wooden beds which my husband found creaky however I had the best weeks sleep on them. We were very happy with the apartment allocated. The apartments are located in the lively La Bocca area of Cannes with very good transport links. There is a bus stop within minutes of the apartments providing bus services into Cannes. There is also La Bosquet train station 5 minutes walk away and La Bocca train station 8 minutes walk away. From these stations we were able to travel to Monte Carlo, Vintimille (Italy), Antibes, Cannes and Nice. We didnt find the trains that run in front of the apartments noisy at all, in fact much quieter than trains in the UK. I would recommend checking the timetable on the SNCF website as trains only run hourly and there is 2 hour gap in trains in the late morning. The La Bocca area is a mix of residential and holiday apartments and although there isn't an abundance of restaurants in the area there are good take aways supermarkets and a fantastic boulangerie nearby. We didn't use the pool as we loved the beach which was just a couple of minutes away from the apartments. Its a great family friendly sandy beach with toilets, showers and plenty snack facilities. We loved our holiday in La Bocca and would definately stay at these apartments again.
