  A real oasis in the centre of Caserta

  Cannot fault this hotel, it was a real oasis in Caserta, which is a busy, town. We came specifically to see the Royal Palace which was ten minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean and well maintained as were the public areas. The pool was set in a pretty, secluded garden and was a good size. Make sure that you have dinner in the Restaurant - it offers fantastic Italian food with a sophisticated twist. The only improvement I can think of is to keep the pool open a little longer - it closes at 6.00.

  Very nice visit

  This is a local hotel. Very nice setting, we had a family room (big), nice pool.and garden. Staff helpful and friendly. If i was to coma back to Caserta, I would stay in this hotel again. Many nice.pizzerias around, location is very good. Don carlos restaurant serves dinner.

  Excellent service, great size pools, deck chairs and tables. The restaurant service was exceptional and food. It feels like a 5 star place. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Very close to the city centre so no need for a car and after a hard days shopping the pool is a great place to chill with a cocktail.

  Lovely stay

  Stayed in Caserta for 3 days with my husband . We came to Caserta as a base to taste some off the beaten path wines in the Campania region . The area is not the best but it is safe and gated. You can walk from the train station to this hotel.The staff could not of been more friendly and helpful. Thanks to both Gennaro and Stefania for going above and beyond to assist us with arranging a driver for our wine tasting day and making sure our stay wonderful at this hotel. The room was spacious and suited our needs for the three days. The breakfast was very nice and offered unlimited cappuccinos, and little assortment of eggs and fruit. It was chilly and rainy when we were there so we did not take advantage of the pool but it looked inviting. The best pizza in the world is not in Naples, its in Caserta ! The palace is a ten minute walk and there is a little open air market if you arrive on the weekends that have the best rice balls with eggplant and mozzarella cheese. As far as staying longer than one day in Caserta, one might want to see the palace and pizza the first day ,then arrange for a driver to take you to Port Mola & Villa Matilde for wine tastings. A car service will cost $200 euro plus tip then the vineyards will be an additional fee . Its a full day from 11-530 and beautiful scenery! See my reviews for both of these vineyards on TripAdvisor.   Poor value for money - Terrible service

  The room: nice furniture although for a 4-star hotel I miss many things such us free water or two pillows per person. Ugly views and they would not replenish the amenities. Breakfast: the first day we went down at 9:30. Many things were ran out even after we told the service if they could bring some more. After 20 minutes waiting, we have to insist on two waiters for some COFFEE. Communal areas: the pool area is nice although in our opinion it should be cleaned more often. Terrible service: one of the nights we wanted to use the room service in the established hours. They said it was only available to some guests as we were not guests too. There was a wedding and music was very high-volumen until late hours even after we called the reception to make a complaint.
