    Excellent

I have stayed in this structure before as I have family in the area which I visit a couple of times a year. But this time was not just a place to stay while I visited family. It was so much more. It was a home from home. I'm not sure what has changed but the atmosphere was brilliant. We were totally spoilt by Alessandro from the bar area, with wonderful cocktails and fresh made cakes and snacks. He's a master of his craft. We had dinner at the hotel every night and Sara looked after us throughout the week. She made us feel so welcomed and completely looked after. She was a pocket-sized sunshine! But above all I would like to thank the General Manager Ms Lucilla for creating an incredible atmosphere and the perfect balance between friendly and approachable to professional and efficient. She always makes time to stop and say hello to all the guests. Above all she runs the place with care, love, and professionalism and is a very interesting person to talk to. Every area of the hotel was perfect, from the reception to the housekeeping. I recommend this hotel to anyone from couples to family to solo travellers.

    Would not recommend at all.

Whilst in this hotel my wallet with 250+ euros was stolen. I left it on my bed , locked the door and was out in rome for the day, when i arrived back the cleaners had been in and my wallet was gone. Hotel done nothing about it and didnt attempt to investigate the situation. Also the television doesnt work and thier was no safe. The breakfast was basic also as thier was never eggs or bacon appart from some occasions. Usually only pastries and a small bit of bread which you have to toast.

    Wouldn't stay here

Checked in on 19th August, went up to the room, what an absolute disgrace, the room (located on the 4th Floor) had all the makings of a basic room and was very dated. Firstly, the wallpaper was coming off in most places, there was a big patch of mould above the window, the television didn't work (nor did anyone attend to fix it), the beds were barely comfortable and the room smelt of smoke and had an ash tray even though we were booked into a non-smoking room. The first meal we had at night, well that was atrocious, it looked like someone had just thrown up on our plates, the buffet there was full of stale food which had been stood for a while, and it was then that we realised that this hotels main population is elderly people. This hotel would be a last resort if you came to Ladispoli (the Blackpool of Italy). Overall I'm not happy with anything about this hotel considering the price that I have paid for it, I would not stay here again, even if you paid me.

    Dont come here!

First of all, we ordered a room for 4 people, but when we arrived we just got a small two-person-room with two extra beds crammed in. Secondly, there were only two plugs that were strong enough to charge things, which was very annoying. We plugged out the prehistorically old TV to get a 3th plug, though that wasnt very handy. If that wasnt bad enough for you, believe me it gets worse. Stuff was stolen out of our room while we were in the city. The first thing that disappeared were 3 pairs of new socks. Later a hairbrush and two bottles of parfume were also stolen, and money was stolen from our friends who stayed in another room. Other than that the food wasnt too good either, the breakfast was decent except for the meat that was moldy. The dinner however wasnt very successful. The first course was okay, just plain pasta with tomato sauce, the second course was straight up trash. There were no vegetables and the meat was one big pile of oil. We also heard from other guests that they didnt have access to warm water. There was a swimming pool but I wouldnt describe it as clean. Safe to say, we dont recommend you to stay in this hotel.

    Lunch at the beach

Day trip via train to Ladispoli beautiful black sand beaches. Walked the beach then stopped in at Hotel Villa Margherita, reservation only but kind staff seated us. Each dish was prepared to perfection. Will visit again.
