  Wonderful!

  We came for the second time and again did not get disappointed. We love this hotel and will surely come back soon. The whole place is in great shape, very clean well decorated. The personnel is super friendly.

  no reply

  due to the current crisis I guess we all jhave to show some understanding. But we needed to know if hte hotel was open at all or could re-imburse e.g., by a voucher in order to approach our insurance company for coverage of the lost stay. Never had a reply, which I think - even given the circumstances - is a too low level of service. Writing an e-mail is not that hard !!

  The most beautiful hotel at Lake Maggiore

  This hotel is absolutely amazing! The entire family, starting with Luigi, Laura, the nonna among others, go away and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The property is astonishing. The bedrooms are super comfortable and amazing views over the lake. The food is outstanding on breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can't miss the cakes, baked by la Nonna, in the breakfast buffet. Very good wine list to enhance the dinner experience. All the cleaning protocols for the "new normal" reality that we are facing are done in a very discrete and non-invasive way. I felt super safe and comfy. I can't wait to be back very soon.

  Charming & Lovely

  We stayed for 4 nights and we all were delighted about the service, the friendliness of the staff and the whole atmosphere at the hotel! The gardens are beautiful, and we also strongly recommend the restaurant in the evenings
