  Un petit palacio

  Desde que se ingresa uno ve el buen gusto y la calidad de la decoración. una atención muy profesional de parte de sus empleados. Las habitaciones son de un nivel superior y cuentan con todo el confort que un hotel puede brindar. El desayuno, en un lugar muy agradable ofrece una buena variedad de opciones. El inmueble se ubica en medio de un parque con distintos senderos para realizar caminatas y ofrece una vista panoramica del mar.

  I spent 5 days end of december for the new year and it was really a very happy new year.

  Clean, silent and large bed room with beautiful panorama on both the side (sea and hill). The room has been clean and refurbished every day. The check in was easy and the check up was perfect: no problem with the bill. All the people was very professional and ready to help and support any request. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was so good that we had the dinner three times out of five.

  A Piece of Heaven in Fermo

  We did not like the area we were heading in and decided to look for another hotel. Up came Villa Lattanzi. What an amazing place. Lots of grounds to walk around and near the beaches (although when we were there in April the weather was not warm enough for the beach). The rooms are spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel. The entrance as you drive up is lovely as shown on their website. There is a bar where our dog was welcome to sit with us. The food in the restaurant was excellent and with an "open kitchen" was nice to watch the professional Chefs at work. All Management are friendly and efficient but we have to give a big mention to Olga who manages reception but also works in the restaurant. She is an absolute asset to the hotel and her personality says it all. She obviously very much enjoys her job and it shows. Thank you Olga for making our great stay at Villa Lattanzi even greater. One day in the future we will definitely return. I could go on and on, but think I have said enough!!

  Warm welcome in a wonderful place

  Facing Adriatic See, the Villa is surrounded by a very nice park. There is a private church that can be visited. The welcome is very very warm: they offer a nice aperitif and the rooms are wide and very well-equipped. We also experienced a very nice dinner in the restaurant. Also gluten-free food can be obtained both in restaurant and breakfast

  Off the beaten track but well worth it

  Stop off on way north and such a wonderful chilled place to stay. Looked after from start to finish and we ended up with wonderful dining experience. We were only ones in the restaurant but we were so well looked after that it just made it a better experience. Thanks
