  IDEAL FOR SHORTER STAYS

  We arrived just after midnight and were supposed to get a text with the code to the key box at the front door but that never happened. Had to get the staff from the Iberostar to contact them and eventually got a code. Their system for late arrivals does not work and I would insist on the code number before flying. It is not a self catering complex with only a fridge, microwave and a kettle with 2 cups. No worktops to prepare food and we had to purchase cutlery and crockery as we were there for 3 weeks. Apartments are more than fine for short stays. The cleaners were there every day and our sheets and towels were changed regularly. Only complaint was that under the beds had not been cleaned for a very long time due to the amount of hair, dirt, dust and grime. Reception is in the motor cycle, scooter and bike hire shop below the apartments. All the staff were pleasant and could not do enough for you. There was not that much noise from the hire shop which was open 0900-1800hrs. At times there was more noise from the passing traffic. The common sitting area is a nice place to sit with a good sea view through the palm trees and leaning over the front wall is great for 'people watching'.

  Extremely basic

  We are currently half way through a 2 week stay and I would say book here with extreme caution. Despite being self catering there is literally just a microwave, fridge and a kettle. No cutlery, crockery, table or oven. But not everyone needs these. The bath/shower room is a problem. We have already reported that the door does not stay closed and there is a terrible smell coming from the drain. As there is no bath, the fact that the shower curtain does not stay in the shower means that everywhere gets very wet when you wash. Other reviewers have mentioned the beds, no real improvement. They creak loud enough when you move to wake others in the room. As mentioned by others there is a karaoke bar situated in close proximity and the thin walls/windows mean its like youre in with them (currently singing living next door to Alice). Its around 22° this week and that is about as warm as I would want it to be given the lack of air con and 1 window (closed to minimise karaoke). The communal area that has the artificial grass is nice and has been decorated with furniture. This area gets the sun in the evenings too which can be useful. Short walk to shops, bars and beach but I would only consider booking this accommodation if you are here for a short stay and not planning on being in the room much (at all in Summer!!).

  You get what you pay for

  These apartments are very basic but great value for money in a great location and the staff who work here are very polite and accommodating, yes there is some noise from pub/hotel nearby ,yes the shower cuts out and is not the greatest but the views are great from here and outside sunterrace is more than adequate and for what we paid i was more than happy and would and will return.

  Small but good location

  Stayed here in dec 2019 for new year. Very small room but ok for a few days, its only room only so not self catering. We did enjoy our stay but really missed having a pool. The rooms were cleaned & towels changed everyday and your not far from the beach.

  1 star is too generous.

  This is the worst accommodation Ive ever stayed in and despite its good location its absolutely not worth it. The bar across the street plays loud music until 4am every night. Upon arrival I was left keys inside the below restaurant and had to check myself in. The room is tiny and didnt look properly cleaned. You can hear everything going on in the next room. I would rather sleep on the streets than stay here again. Dont punish yourself and avoid.
