  We got robbed in this villa

  Me and my friends got robbed in this villa. I will never ever go back to this villa and i would not recommended this villa to anyone. The burglar even came in to one of the room, and took the money from my friends wallet. And run off, we even tried to catch him but he got runaway so fast like they already know the exit. And the management wont even take responsibility and said if we want to get compensation damage and refund they would ask for police report first. Wth... checked out at 2am in the morning and try to find another room at another hotel. Sucks experience ever! And the managements wont take responsibility. Instead, they ask for the bath towel missing from us??!! Dude. I dont have the chance to take shower. Dont let the photos fool you, not as good as in the picture. The kitchen is very dirty. The bathroom as well.

  Large villa with amazing pool!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kouru. The grounds are large and amazing and very well kept. The staff were great and Wayan was amazing and very helpful. He arranged breakfast for our group of 9 every morning - just pay for ingredients. We loved the location - short walk to the beach where there are some great warangs to hire beach chairs and surfboards and of course have a drink or two. Continue walking up the beach and you arrive at many more places to eat and drink. And a little further up our fave Echo Beach. The only negative we have is the noise from neighbouring clubs in the evening into the early morning - sometimes until 1am. Not sure exactly which ones but on the Canggu shortcut. Overall we enjoyed the villa :)

  Simply Incredible

  Everything about this villa was just luxury. The minute I walked in the door I felt relaxed and on holiday. The decor, layout and overall vibe I LOVED! Can't wait to come back. Came here with friends and they all felt the same, already planning our next trip. Staff are very helpful - made us an incredible breakfast each morning, organised scooters & transport as well as bought us all coffee, tee and cocktails upon request. The location is perfect as its tucked away in down a quiet street and yet within walking distance to the main canggu street. Our room looked over the rice paddys. If you are looking for a villa that has it all this is it!!

  Couples getaway

  I can not speak highly enough of Villa Kouru. Welcoming and extremely friendly staff. The entire villa is kept extremely keen. With individual rooms with en-suite a but an extremely accommodating common area where we enjoyed many drinks and sun by the pool. If considering heading to Bali I think Villa Kouru is your destination with 24 hour security its safe close to many bars and restaurants. Or you could just spend all your time in the lovely Villa Kouru!!

  Perfect stay

  Beautiful villa, offering large entertaining pool, dining, lounge and 5 bedrooms. During our stay there was 24 hour security and staff who were very kind, receptive and accommodating in every aspect of our stay from cooking breakfast or buying supplies, organising transport to booking massages in at the villa by the pool. Villa was always spotless and rooms cleaned daily. Could not fault this villa, I would love to stay there in the future and highly recommend it to anyone.
