  Classy, secluded villa with roof terrace, garden and only minutes from the beach and city center

  Fantastic location, near city center and various beaches, yet secluded and quiet. Wonderful rooms with modern furniture, air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi. Garden and roof terrace for all guests to use. Wonderful service and personnel, great breakfast buffet. After experiencing so many different hotels and apartments in Porec, this is definitely one of the best!

  excellent

  i was very satisfied in our stay, i would like visit again porec at the next yeay, and sure i will make booking in villa karda without hesitation, because location was very good, breakfast was perfect, cleanliness was very good too, nothing to complain, but above this : madame neda was great and try give help in everything

  Lovely place - but too expensive for what it is

  We stayed for one night when passing through Porec. The place is nicely decorated and the rooms are well designed and of a very good standard with comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good. One thing to note is that it is close to the beach but it isnt beachfront as we saw it marketed. In fact its just an unremarkable box building in a suburban street. It is though handy to walk to the beach and to town. Just dont expect it to have waves lapping outside your window! Our main issue was that it was simply expensive for what it was. For EUR 150 a night one would expect more (granted they offered EUR 140 a night if staying three nights). No pool, only able to pay in cash (and had to be upfront - no flexibility.

  Interesting experience

  We were traveling as a family of 4. 2 adults and children aged 8 and 16. When you check in you are welcomed by the owner. You receive a welcoming plate of cheese and prossciuto with a glass of wine. The room was nice and modern. Me and my wife took the bedroom while children took a sofa which was converted into a bed. The sofa it self was a bit outdated since it was squeaking. The owner and her son are friendly and they keep a few cats around so good to know regarding alergies. We stayed there for 4 days and the breakfast is self service and always the same. Eggs sunny side up with a piece of Bacon. Variety of bread two sorts of salami and cheese. 3 types of jam, cottage cheese and butter. One sort of croassant and milk, jogurt and one type of cereals. I asked if there is a possibility of making scrambled Eggs. No go was the ansewer from the owner. So if you are staying for a longer period there is not much to choose from. On our check out I was informed that they cannot accept Credit card. So I had to go to the atm on a sunday morning and also had to pay atm conversion rates since We are not grom Croatia. I was very surprised by this cos a year before when We visited everything mentioned above was great. Unfortunately We Will not be returning to this establishment.

  A gem of a family run small hotel

  This family run small hotel exceeded our expectations in all respects. We were created by the owner and welcomed with drinks and a plate of local meats and olives, she personally made us very Wellcome and offered advice on where to eat. Breakfast was outstanding both in its variety and quality ( eggs with bacon and wild asparagus my favourite) and fresh croissants. Rooms large and well appointed, some could be configured for families and had a small kitchen etc. Parking was free. I have already recommended the hotel to friends and family.
