  Good appartment, very friendy and helpful owners

  We, four girls, stayed for a week at Villa Gorana at the end of july 2012. The owners were very helpful and they provided us with a lot of information about what you could do in Pula. Also they gave us the number of a taxi company that was reliable and cheap. We didn't have a car, so we went around by foot most of the time. Which was do-able, but it is probably more convenient to have car. Also taxi's were really cheap. There was arconditioning and the kitchen was pleasant too cook in. We had a nice little terrace, were we could have breakfast/dinner. Close to the appartment were some small supermarkets. Though wifi is not available everywhere in the appartment, when you sit on the stairs outside, the connection is fine. We really enjoyed our stay and we can definitely recommend staying in Villa Gorana!

  Excellent accommadation

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at one of the apartments at Villa Gorana in May 2012 and would recommend it to anyone for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Good outside space in private grounds and shops just a five minute walk away. There is bus service if you want to visit town near the shop. Owners were very nice people and welcomed us on arrival. We will visit again sometime in the future.

  villa Gorana

  The flat we had was excellent - large and well equipped. and was surrounded by a great garden. .The owner was lovely and provided us with a lot of information about Pula. It was a very convenient location for travelling around the area and parking was available just outside the property.. It is excellent value for money. It would be good for families with young children as they could play in the garden which is self contained, there were childrens outdoor toys available.

  Lovely

  Stayed for 2 nights, was very nice. The owner was very kind and showed us things to do in Pula. There is a backyard with swings and sun chairs, great for children. The apartment was large and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

  Would not reccomment, Terrible service, Rude owners.

  We arrive there to find the ensuite that we had specifically requested, and were being charged for, was locked because it wasn't working, they were very rude about it and didn't seem to care that they were charging for an ensuite that was locked, with their reply being "its still a good price" and proceeding to walk out of the room with the attitude of get over it. The wifi that was apparently included worked in one tiny spot, as opposed to the whole apartment. The air conditioning that was also stated to be included we found actually wasn't and we had to pay for it per day we wanted it. Essentially, they were full of promises, none of which were followed through. Their manner was very, very dismissive and rude. When we addressed to them that we were unhappy, they would get very defensive and hostile and replied "can I go now" instead of apologising/ suggesting a resolution/ a goodwill gesture etc. They didn't even let us finish our conversation Personally, I would definitely not recommend. Only bonus was that it was very cheap, but looking back on it I would have much preferred to pay the extra and have stayed in a nice place. Additionally, the cheapness of the room was balanced (if not outweighed) with the amount you paid in cabs as it was quite far away from the city centre, the beach, and all other amenities, Thus, ended up costing us a small fortune in cabs everywhere. Its quite deserted with one small local shop and restaurant (both of which were not very good).
