  Worst stay ever in Italy

  A few points: Wifi didnt work. A/C in our kids room didnt work. Wife got locked in the bathroom and had to call maintenance to come get her out. Beds are as hard as Calabrese heads (teste dure). We got kicked out of the pool area at 4:45pm because they had to set up for a wedding. Said wedding party went late into the night and disturbed our sleep as did their fireworks literally outside our villa door at 2am. No shower in our bathroom. No face towels, only 2 bath towels but we did also have 2 bathrobes that we used as towels. Kitchenette has a stove that doesnt work but thats ok because they dont provide any pots or pans to use with it anyway. No in-room coffee or kettle. Breakfast buffet is very limited and not replenished so if youre not there early most of what was there will be gone. You need a duffle bag to carry the room key around. It weighs about 1 kilo (see picture). Very inconvenient. Overall, not a very good experience. We would not recommend this hotel.

  Soverato Oasis

  Great hotel in good location. Easy get around from here once you find it as car GPS doesn't find it easily but Google maps does. Staff are very friendly and service is excellent. Te suites are very nice and each has it's own parking. Views and private outdoor space were very welcome addition.

  A wonderful hotel in Soverato

  We loved everything about our stay. What an unexpected little gem in Soverato! We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised at how much we would love our visit here. It's a great hotel with an amazing staff, especially Marzia and Carla; they went out of their way to answer all of our thousand questions and were so kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is lovely with a wonderful breakfast and attentive wait staff, not to mention the spectacular view. Others have been complaining about the Wifi, which was spotty, but the town is in a valley in a mountainous region and these things are to be expected. Sit back and relax under a canopy at one of the two pools! You will be happy that you chose Villa Ersillia.

  I have stayed at Villa Ersilia twice.The firs time was in the winter of 2018.I stayed in one of there elegant room in the Villa Hotel. It is beautiful and spotless. They have recently added a new modern structure with a Spectacular Spa! I hade the pleasure of staying there this July. From the reception area to the beautiful rooms this place was and is Heaven on earth. Carla and Marsa made it even more special. Wether you chose a villa or modern hotel the grounds are surrounded with beauty everywhere you look. It is wonderful to have such a beautiful hotel that is opened all year round. The restaurant is also very good. The best homemade sorbet can be found her.

She did an exceptional job on welcoming me and I had a very smooth check in. I was very happy with the service and accommodation the property was spotless rooms are all New with plenty of space all new bathrooms. Pools were very nice. The next morning I had no power. I went down to the front desk and spoke to Marzia she took care of it right away and I had power back. I saw both Carla & Marzia when I was coming and going from the property they are always smiling and making you feel right at home. They gave me all the information I needed on the shuttle and breakfast and supplied me with beach towels. I will be coming back next year with my girlfriend to show her this beautiful property and your town thank you Carla & Marzia for making me feel right at home I was treated five excellent job !!
