  Pésimo lugar , no vale ni la mitad de lo que cobran

  El departamento es grande, de muy mal gusto, muy mal equipado, carece de lo más básico de utensilios , se dice cuatro estrellas y no debería tener dos , la limpieza deja muchísimo que desear y la atención del personal es pésima, la pileta chica y fría no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

  Lovely apartment in a good location

  Stayed here for a week in July 2019. We arrived after midnight and we phoned the owner and he came to greet us. He told us important info and settled us in then said he would see us again in the morning. He gave us very useful info and a map. Bus to Dubrovnik Is no.6 and not far away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable, Tempur type mattresses. It is very well appointed, we had all we needed. There is a large balcony which is lovely. However, if you want a good sea view, get an apartment higher than no. 6!!!! We had a partial sea view, which was a little disappointing. The pool is not deep, but lovely to cool off in. Plenty of sun beds, chairs and shade. All lovely and clean. The beach is just down the road past the campsite and lovely. There is a shop on the campsite or a supermarket just down the road. The restaurant next door is really good and has live music most evenings. Thanks Alan for a lovely stay and thank you to your lovely cleaning lady too!

  Could be wonderful

  We have just arrived back from a fantastic week away, great country, food, scenery and company, however I am not reviewing these things. On arrival at villa Erna, Alen was waiting to greet us. We found Alen very helpful during the whole stay. The villa was dated and in dire need of an upgrade, especially for what we paid. The safe was a wooden box with a lock on - I could pick it up and carry outside. The kitchen and bathroom was in need of updating. We had a big leak in the bathroom when we got there and there wasnt enough hot water for more than one shower. That being said the room was comfortable and the hotel was a good size. villa Erna is located in a great place for the beaches and town and there is good bus routes to old town. The big thing that let the place down however was the cleaning, which was abysmal. On arrival the plates, glasses and cutlery was filthy and we had to clean everything before we could use it. The balcony floor was mucky and the table outside was absolutely filthy. There was muck under the beds and there was someones hair all over the floor and sofa. We stayed at the villa for one week and in that time the cleaning lady put toilet roll in the bathroom and emptied the bins. We cleaned the floor ourselves as this wasnt done. On the fourth day the cleaning lady opened the door without knocking and walked straight into the room when we were still in bed! Again she emptied the bin, added a toilet room and went to leave. We had to ask her for clean towels and bedding. She huffed and puffed and then threw the towels and bedding on the sofa for us to change ourselves, and then she only left two towels for us when there was three people and we had to ask for more. Such a shame as it could be amazing.

  Villa Erna in Dubrovnik - great family accommodations!

  Villa Erna in Dubrovnik, Croatia we had an exceptional stay for our first time there. Recommend by family that stayed a week before us. Walking distance to several beaches, grocery store, and restaurants area. Good foods and drinks! Nice apartment For families to stay, and kitchen to cook your food. If your traveling with a big family to Croatia check with Villa Erna in Dubrovnik! Jason Bielski

  So much potential

  We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment which was really spacious and had comfortable beds. Alen, the host, was amazing with impeccable customer service. The pool was small but perfect as few used it, so we often had it to ourselves. This property has lots of potential to be amazing if the cleaning standards are improved and with a little investment to eradicate the damp and update the decor. Its a 10 minute walk to beaches and the centre of Lapad where there are lots of restaurants and its a good place to watch the sun set from the beach.
