  Misleading please read reviews

  The pictures you see on the website are not the apartments you stay in but the owners home!!!! Positives lovely pool after that you cannot be positive. Air con in only 2 bedrooms so bedroom 3 was so hot we had to sleep with door open and were ate alive by mosquitoes. We were told that there was a put up bed in the living room but it was a plastic sofa!!! We had to move the spare bed out of the one bedroom for one of our party but was shouted at for this. To our horror we went out one night and someone had been in our apartment and taken our bed throws away. When the owner Cinzara was confronted she was really aggressive stating we had left a light on so the maid went to turn it off? She shouted stating we should not move furniture and we didnt need covers???? The point was no one should go into our rooms when we were out and we needed the covers and she refused The apartment was very dated and plug sockets dangerous especially as we have children. The one bathroom stank of urine we had to buy air freasheners which didnt help. The jaccuzzi is 1 euro for 2 minutes yes you have to pay!!!! Ants are a reall nuisance. The Curtain pelmet fell from the wall in our room as it was broken and most of the blinds did not work. The iron did not fit the sockets and although asked twice we were not given another one. We thought we were getting a ground floor room but, were on the 1st floor. The beach over the road is inaccessible as its just rocks. You definately need a car to get about but there are some beautiful beaches and Etna land was brilliant. We loved Sicilly but, would avoid this accomodation. Others were complaining while we were there too. Apparently Cerzinas daughter is a lawyer and she likes to quote this to you in a threatening manner. Unlike the parents the son was helpful and friendly. Please see pictures. We were a large group if 9 but the owners were aware of this and took our money then tried to get us to rent a second apartment when we got there saying too small for 9 but didnt say that whenvwe booked. Owners are aggressive and unhelpful and the website is misleading i would avoid!!!!

  Do not go misleading

  Rude owner, apartment not as stated on website. Dangerous plug sockets lots of ants see pics. Iron broken and not replaced although asked twice. Someone came into our apartment without permission and took our bed throws and owner was aggressive when asked why and told us to go elsewhere if we don't like it then quoted her daughter being a lawyer. The only positive was the pool. Jaccuzzi is on a meter 1 euro for 2 mins. Very tired old furniture in apartment which is not a villa . Please see my pics. Sea in all rocks beach a good 45 mins away. You def need a car. Would not stay here again i could go on and on ....

  Estupendo lugar para visitar la zona

  Los anfitriones, Nicole (habla muy bien en castellano) y Giussepe (habla muy bien en inglés), son super amables y te ofrecen su ayuda para sacarle todo el jugo a la zona. Se adaptan a tus gustos y necesidades para aconsejarte las mejores visitas y lugares donde comer. La piscina excavada en la roca es muy curiosa, te sientes como en una terna romana. Los desayunos muy buenos con buen café y tartas caseras. También higos propios y huevos frescos de sus gallinas. La habitación amplia y limpia con buena ducha. Salento inguruan bazabiltzate guztiz gomendagarria! Oso jende jatorra, badakite noiz bakean utzi eta noiz gerturatu beraien laguntza eskaintzera. Gozatu!!

  Relax and recreation

  Thank you for holidays. The Villa is situate near Accitrezza and Capo mulino, 200 metres to beach. Appartment equiped facilities and conditioner. The swiwwing pool has see sight to Etna. The villa has large green gardens with palmes and flowers. We got relax and recreation.

  Nice overall

  Everyone could agrees that the property is gorgeous. Our friends were impressed as we were when we arrived. I think its silly to complain about ants, (wtf walsall) but for the money weve payed for 3 nights is unacceptable to have to ask for toilet paper. The running water was bad, fluctuation from cold to hot, it was obvious that it needed reparation. The bathroom is the level of a cheap hostel. With the door broke (it would close with a Bang). Also the owner speaks very little english, again not acceptable if he wants to accustom international guests. Is hard to get your point across. The pool is nice and clean and yes everything was clean. The missus told us that the bus station is at 10-15 min walk and we almost missed our plans, the walk to the bus station is at 25 min distance walking on a roadside. Must rent car!!! 25 minutes to bus station (very tiering) and our friends payed taxi 45 euro from Aci Terezza to Catanias airport. Hard to get a cab and no bus to Acireale I would go again for the pool and for the feel of countryside.
