  Excellent!

  We stayed here for two nights. The room have all the amenities described on their website and the value is higher than the price we paid (the lowest of Mantua). We usually stay in hostels so it was like staying in a five star hotel for us! There is a nice biketrack to the center (approx. 1.5 km).

  Cute villa run by a lovely and helpful lady!

  This hotel is a hidden gem! It is a period villa that has been renovated so that it preserves gorgeous interiors and a feeling of quaint charm. The lady who runs it was very welcoming and helpful, she made us feel right at home and saw to every need we had. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

  ...Very ''interesting'' experience...

  I have stayed in this hotel for 5 days and my experience there, unfortunately, was very unpleasant. First of all the position of the hotel is not like it looks on the map, because it seems close to the city center, but actually you have to pass through very awkward and scary passages to get reach it, and by night that area is pretty much undesirable. The internet connection works just in the hotel lobby, but in the rooms you will just be able sometimes to get connected The room was not looking bad at the first sight, but it was not possible to sleep, because it is just right next to the train rails and the trains were not passing just from midnight until 4.00 am, so the rooms was shaking all the time. The breakfast was quite poor and not very fresh, but the positive thing was that they can make you a fresh cappuccino. Finally, on the third night I found on the head of my bed the scorpion (7-8cm) that started running all over my room, and when I asked them is that normal to have a scorpion in the room, they told me that they have them sometimes, but it is not possible to do nothing about it... Generally, I would not suggest to nobody to stay there, if you have an alternative.

  Small and charming

  Its a small charming period villa, I stayed for 2 nights and my room was very clean, beautifully decorated, with new furniture and a comfortable private bathroom. Breakfast is delicious, with a good choice of sweet and salt products, they can even serve you a good espresso. Its not far from the city centre, just 1,5 km away and its easy to go walking, you can reach the central piazza in 15 minutes walking throught the scenographic path on the lake! The aera is safe an above all its very comfortable because there is a supermarket, some kebab shop, bars, atm, 2 restaurants, everything you need! The owner was really nice by telling me good indications about what to visit and where to eat. I recommend this B&B for sure and hope to go back one day!
