  One of our favourite holidays

  My husband and I stayed here for a week long holiday recently. The hotel and grounds are stunning; traditional without feeling dated. The pool area is a good size, very clean with changing rooms and showers. You can even WhatsApp your drinks order to the bar from the pool which I thought was a great touch. If youre looking for a place to relax this is perfect as the gardens allow space for guests to roam around and have as much privacy as a private villa, as theres not a huge amount of rooms so it doesnt feel crowded. The rooms are spotless and spacious, the shower was good too. There are no kettles in the room but you can ask for this and the hotel will provide upon request. The staff were fantastic, from checking in to providing information on getting around and where to go, to the excellent service at breakfast and the bar. Theres no restaurant but the bar snacks and light meals (toasted wraps etc) are really nice and if you dont want to go far theres a good restaurant just a few minutes walk away which is handy for lunch or dinner if you dont fancy going into town. The hotel serves a buffet style breakfast with lots of choice and the food is of high quality. We were unsure if we would need to hire a car however the bus stop is 2 minutes away and the service is very good, regular (every half hour) and cheap. The only issue is they stop running quite early (around 8pm) so if you want to go out for dinner you may need to get a taxi back (20-25). I would recommend buying tickets in town as its slightly more expensive to pay on the bus and you need exact change for the machine. Tickets for one way into town are 1.25 per person if you buy in town, and you can get as many as you need for the week as the machine just time stamps them as you use them on each bus trip. Theres lots of places to eat in town but our favourites were: Moodi Piada - for lunch, this place does the BEST piadinas! Ristorante il Castiglione - for dinner, this restaurant has a romantic courtyard with a great ambience and the nicest food we had in Pesaro. The beach is walkable when you get to town too and is nice for a visit although is quite heavily populated by sun-beds of the hotels however I expect as you move away from the main centre this will be less crowded. Also, people are very friendly and all restaurants we visited kindly ordered us taxis to take us home so this was helpful too as it saved us finding a rank or trying to give directions as we need to work on our Italian! We loved our trip to Pesaro, mainly due to this hotel and their wonderful staff. We hope to come back again in the future and bring our family members to share this fantastic place with them.

  Excellent stay

  We stayed here in early September. The hotel is immaculate in every respect, from the bedrooms to the pool and gardens. The breakfast was very varied and fresh. The staff are extremely professional and cant do enough to help. We had a car which was parked easily outside. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from central Pesaro but easily found. We would definitely return if in this area. Overall a relaxing and enjoyed stay, thank you!

  Perfection

  It is difficult to find words that would do justice to this wonderful hotel. First of all the staff were invariably gracious, informative and highly professional. In particular, the lady who greeted us at reception and with whom we checked out was so helpful friendly and with a natural elegance and charm. Similarly, the waiter and waitress who looked after us at breakfast made us feel so much at home. Our thanks to you all. And, speaking of breakfasts, it has to be said that they were not only top quality but also creative. Each day there were different home-made delights with lots of different dishes making their appearance every morning. We were lucky enough to stay for six nights and part of the fun of our holiday was wondering each morning what innovations in the breakfast would there be! The grounds surrounding the hotel are quite beautiful and well tended and their statuary was also fascinating. Bar service outdoors and swimming pool were other plus points. All in all, this was one of the best places I have stayed in more than 40 years experience of holidays. We are now looking into holidaying in Pesaro next year, with Villa Cattani Stuart as our base.

  The hotel is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in

  Everything about this hotel is perfect, and the owner and staff are beyond perfect. They are so professional and also kind. They helped us out in a few minor emergencies, and made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is in a beautiful villa with a wonderful view and a wonderful swimming pool, as well as special services for people who want to bicycle, including bike rental. The breakfast is fabulous. It is quiet, and there is plenty of parking.

  Beautiful short vacations

  The whole hotel is an exceptionally beautiful and well maintained complex. An exquisite breakfast buffet enjoyed us every morning. The service was very friendly, courteous and attentive. We felt completely comfortable and could relax very well. Many thanks also for the upgrade, which we appreciated very much.
