  Great Villa for large family's or group of friends with children or with out. 5 large double bedrooms in the main part of the villa and 3 two bedroom flats down below. It got locked gate which is great if you got children. It got all you need lot of pots and pans. Outside area is great for eating out as a family. Four or more bedrooms so nobody waiting. The cooker and hotplate in side was slow and hard to work other wise good. Large pool if you have young children please note very deep in places. Take about 15 minute to walk into Clape itself down a steep hill. We had six young children with up so we walk down and taxis back EU5 was the cheapest and EU7.50 Well worth it walk lovely beach safe even as a football net and play area for younger children. Eating out on an evening some of the best sight of the beach rock great. Some nice restaurant, supermarket very near. the villa had lot of sun bed and chair. would go back again. if anything is wrong just ring plushoildays and there were there to fix it. great holiday

  La casa en si esta bién. Estuvimos 19 personas. 5 matrimonios que nos instalamos en los apartamentos de abajo y 9 jovenes que estuvieron en la 1° planta. El apartamento del centro (18)pierde agua la ducha al utilizarla y la nevera no funciona. El baño de la 1° planta, el del pasillo, la ducha no funciona, pero al tener bañera también , no hubo problema. La puerta que sale a la zona de comer, la manilla esta estropeada y había que estár apretando los tornillos continuamente. Por lo demás bien.

  60 birthday holiday

  Just got back from 60th birthday holiday for 22 adults and children,Villa had beautiful large pool and good outdoor eating area but the whole of the outside could do with a power wash grubby marks and lots of dirty parts,unkempt gardens that could do with sorting, entrance gate to property would not open with any of the keys and double gate would not lock so property never felt secure,no gas when we arrived so no hot water or cooking,property did sort out quickly but should have been checked,main Villa was reasonably clean but not as clean as we would have liked ,one of the blinds was damaged and hanging off which again should have been sorted,on booking app it said there was six bedrooms in main Villa but there are only five,the three apartments beneath Villa were dated but okay except for showers in which were too small and if you tried to shut shower doors they came off, there was no air conditioning in which was a problem at night,the property was a half hour walk from beach but a pleasant walk when you found the flattest walk, all in all we had a good time because Calpe is a beautiful place and the kids loved the pool but I would not recommend it and would not go back.
