  Another Avoid

  Terrible service. The receptionist hardly welcomed us and she asked for the documents in a harsh way and told us to move the car immediately. The room vas very poorly equipped and was very bad planned. The beds were appalingly bad.The coil-springs in the matresses were so hard that we could not sleep and gave us pain. We heard other people crying due to the same cause. The toilet-washroom was too small for 2 people at the same time. The breakfast was very bad. The eggs were green and cold.They offered us no fruits! The hotel was meant for wedding-parties and the only nice thing was the garden which was nice and well trimmed by an experienced and old gardener.We were one night transferred to the adjacent first class hotel: Resort dei Normanni which had excellent rooms and a very good swimming pool. The water in the pool of our hotel had only fresh water for some hour in the morning and was not properly cleaned. We can not recommend the hotel and we warn for this hotel!

  4 for the location, rooms would deserve a little bit less

  The place is really great, the location is wonderfull and adapt for ceremonies. On the other rooms are on average, basic but spacious. I would suggest it for a one night or few nights stay, or if you don't care of the rooms also more thanks to the the location that as i said is nice and quiet! It also has a small "swimming" pool.

  Probably better in the summer

  We stayed here for two nights with our son as the location suited us well. It is also close to the airport if that's what you need. The rooms are basically apartments in blocks of 4 and are spacious but very dated with small bathrooms however it was good to have a separate bedroom for ny son to sleep. Each had a nice terrace outside to sit and relax. There was a fridge and oven but no cutlery or plates so you couldn't use them. The main issue is the room was freezing, so cold in fact we almost left after one night, we were disappointed that the rooms weren't aired and heated for guests in the winter. Breakfast was basic and disappointing. I'd steer clear in winter but if you could self cater and sit out on the terrace this hotel would be really nice.

  Bonito resort

  Se trata de un lugar preparado para bodas y eventos que resulta muy agradable para estancias individuales, fuera de los grupos propios de dichos eventos. Las zonas comunes(jardines, piscina) son muy atractivas. Las habitaciones, realmente pequeños apartamentos, tienen un porche de uso particular. El personal de recepción y comedor (tomamos el desayuno), muy amable y servicial.

  Very good

  Food is consistently fresh and good, as is the service. Portions are a nice size. Bring your own bottle. They honor their reservations and you never wait more than 15 minutes, if that. The positano pasta is excellent.
