a good stop from cap salouhaving to drive a little longer we decided to stay at villa Augusta.Good decision , on arrival at the gate you fell safe ,the parking is only accessible if you give your mane a good point.for a 4 stars the reception staff is top.taken to our room and explained the various thinks to do god bless for the AC nice little town 200 yards from the hotel. back for a rest. The restaurant with tables in the garden .choice appear to be a little limited on face value, but not true when you start.food is of good standard the service friendly and efficient at their price ,verry good value.I have had recently worst exp a 4 time the price. We will definitely stay again.do so as well, you will enjoy.

Well-run and a relaxing stay.We (another couple as well as my wife and I) were booked into this hotel for a night during a week-long cycling trip that was run by "Discover France." My wife and I had a charming room towards the back and on the ground floor. The hotel manager provided excellent service, which included very good suggestions for dinner in town, hours and the location of the morning market, and drinks by the pool. The pool and the breakfast were both enjoyable. I would be happy to come back again.

Lovely hotelOur second visit to this hotel and it is as good as we remembered. Stylish rooms with high-end toiletries and everything else you could need. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, the food and wine are wonderful. Will definitely return.

Our base for three days while at a weddingMy wife and I stayed in Villa Augusta for three nights this May (2019). Its well run and organised, the food was superb, the whole hotel was very clean and fresh, the staff where very welcoming and helpful. We had time to enjoy the lunch and breakfast but didnt manage to try the dinner menu (we where attending a friends wedding locally so where out at arranged group events most of the time). The gardens and pool also looked lovely but again we didnt get the time to spend time their. We did get to try the couples massage at Villa Augusta and would highly recommend getting a treatment while you stay.

Fantastic restaurant; hotel ???The hotel Rooms are partially in the old villa and partially in the newer wing. We were given room Nr. 5 in the old villa on the ground floor. The comments hereunder refer to our room in the old villa and we had no posibility to review the rooms in the newer wing. Our room was relatively dark due to the trees outside and one small window in the bedroom. The beds and furniture were new and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are badly in need of a renovation and looked as if they were installed in the 1950ies!! The lights in the bathroom made shaving properly almost impossible! The shower in the bath tub, with a curtain to avoid water spraying into the room, did not have a non-slip surface and made the use of the shower a dangerous activity. All in all the room was unfortunately not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. The restaurant is a completly different story! Excellent french food, well cooked and nicely presented. A perfect example of what has made France so well known for its meals. A big thank you to the young lady, who brought the food to our table, for her good efforts to describe each serving in english. The wine list is extensive with many interesting names, albeit on the expensive side. However a number of local Cotes du Rhone wines were available at reasonable prices. Continental breakfast at 18 Euro per person was, as is normal in France, fairly expensive but included not only the usual bread basket and jams but also orange juice, joughurt and fruit salad. The staff were all very frienly and helpful.
