  Villa Atlantis is an excellent accommodation to spend a long-term vacation. Spacious fully furnished rooms are ideal for couples or families up to five people. Moreover, kitchen is fully equipped to cook a substantial meal if needed. I visited the villa twice, in July and in August, living on the first and third floor respectively. The only disadvantage about the last floor was that it was too hot despite the ventilators (air-conditioning is not installed). The location is easy to reach: it is situated just 5 min from the bathing area/downtown and 7 min from the Xlendi tower with a wild beach in the open sea. The villa is far from the main road (100m), which makes it a quiet place to sleep. You can have a meal/drink either at a terrace or on the balcony and enjoy a relatively cool atmosphere in the evening.

  Good apartment for reasonable price!

  We stayed there for a week and realized that xlendy was one of the best areas in gozo. The xlendy bay's got a nice atmosphere with lots of restaurants and a nice place to get amazing ice creams! The apartments very clean and the staff really helpful. I would recommend everybody to stay there as you will find all you are looking for

  Top apartment in Xlendi

  We really enjoyed to stay in Xlendi in the Island of Gozo ! This is a beautiful place, near from the sea. The apartment is really nice for the price, very comfortable and full furnished. It is ideal for family or friends to stay there ! We have visited all the island and for us Xlendi is the most beautiful place to live. If you like to walk like us, there is at 2 minutes from the villa 2 wonderful walk. Xlendi is at 20 minutes by walk from the capital, Victoria this is very nice ! Regarding the owner of the apartment, George, he cares really about customers and is truly sympathetic. Maybe see you next year :)

  Great big place

  Nice clean comfortable apartment massive balcony Spacious sleeps 6 quiet value for money good location 5 mins from xlendi wifi is extra and limited to front of flat great if it had air con as the fans are dated I'd stay here again

  More Communication Needed

  We went here for a week in April when staying at Malta for 3 months. When we arrived there was no sign of the owner. There happened to be a resident sunbathing in her garden belonging to the apartments and I asked her where we booked in and she replied "oh if you go down the road to this other hotel the owner owns them both, on going down there you had to go into hotel walk all way through and phone the owner eventually she came and let us in the other apartment up the road. We paid extra for WiFi which was a waste of money as most of the time it didn't work anyway. TV had 1 English channel on it which I think was the news. It was a nice big apartment and very clean on a quiet street.
