  Good hotel for good price with some flaws.

  Since I am a traveler which prefers more professional approach I did not really like the way that this hotel is family run. It's their property, owner sits in the lobby with his feet on the chairs reading a newspaper, and you do not really feel like a guest there. When you go to the reception, and you ask for something, they look at you, you feel as if they were doing you a favor. Pros of this property: * Very good price, since I traveled to Rimini in September; * Good rooms, well equipped, modern; * Good location - near the sea, and near restaurants and shops; * Wifi good was even working in the room; * Breakfast - not so much to choose from, but tasty, and well maintained, I loved a waiter serving coffee, and maintaining the eating area, he looked and acted really professional. Cons of this property: * Staff barely speaks English, it was really very hard to communicate with them, sometimes even frustrating; * Room service was not that good, not always new toiletries provided, in 4 nights bed linen was not changed; * View from the room window was to other building. All in all the stay was good, I am not picky, but there are definitely things to improve.

  An excellent hotel

  We were in this hotel for some days and the experience was great. The rooms are good and really new and the staff was polite and confident. I think it could be a good choice for family and groups. It is close the beach and the shops. Near the hotel there is a beautiful green space. Go there! Consuelo

  Beautiful place!

  I have visited this beautiful hotel for the Fiera Eco Mondo. The service was great, especially Marco was very friendly and helpful. He knows his work very well. The room was very new and clean. We liked the breakfast so much. The next time we go to Rimini - we will chose this hotel for sure again!

  probably the best place in Rimini

  great place in the heart of Rimini very clean and comfortable I was there for a business convention and all the staff especially Marco they made my staying GREAT...!!! 5 stars for you guys....!!! absolutely suggested...!!!

  Great little hotel!

  Throughly enjoyed our stay! Was very impressed with the large towels and fluffy pillows....the bed was surprisingly okay. It is just off the main road, gives you a more authentic Italian experience. Easy walk to main road and to beach, go the other direction and enjoy a great walk to great historic buildings and the Arch are. If you like to explore and walking...you can see so much and would be difficult to get lost...with Google maps of course I would stay there again, Marco was friendly, helpful and accommodating...gave us a really late check out
