  Cozy and Fresh place to refresh

  First Impresion was great place with good fresh air. And we start to come in the room, i got 1 house with 3 bedroom with twin bed. 2 bedroom in 2 floor and 1 room in 1st floor. No Air Conditioner because without that the air already cold.bbbbrrrrrrrrr The Main room was connect with pantry. Tips No 1. Please check the water heater, that we ussualy use for making coffea or tea, because when i'm there the heater was bad. Maybe last guest use the heater to make noodle, so we find a bit noodle in the heater. Bathroom wah the place that for me need more attantion from owner, because there are 2 bathroom, the first one you can access from pantry and the second one was outside room at 1st floor. we found that shower not automaticly on for heater and no auto mixer water. and for the toilet, i thing they need to replace that, because sometimes the water not come out. thats terrible i'm there 4 days and 3 night for business meeting. The Meeting room they have i think not good because the cealling was to low, and we can hear someone moving on the restaurant. Tips no 2. They dont have Lift or escalator, and i think not recomended for people who hard to use stair. how about food, for me they give best food what they have. No Egg stall, so we cannot modified or order what egg we want.

  Nice Hotel

  Shalom. This resort is very nice place. I enjoy in this resort but their staff need more excellent to service customer. The owner must be maintained their building start from they cleaned leaves in the building area. For food need more variety. Thanks. God bless

  Very disappointed

  The house is not ready to have people, to have a family. Long time without being used. Everything was dirty, including sheets Outside was cold, the house is not isolated and in the house you don't have any protection against cold, just one small blanket per bed. We needed to sleep with our kids to keep them warm. The beds are so old that we mailed the springs of the bed in our back. Is a Vila, but you don't have plates, glasses , coverts..... You can't warm a glass of milk or cooking for your kids.

  Not recommended!

  The reason I dont give only 1 star is for their staffs attitude, theyre polite and trying their best to accommodate the guests - but the facility itself is old, so theres nothing much they can do! We rented 2 units in Villa Pinus. 1. Bathrooms dont have proper ventilation and dark. Water pressure is poor, and water heater is broken so the hot water is not stable. Hot for 5 seconds and freezing cold for 5 minutes. We really suffered because of this as Lembang is a cool place, so hot water is essential. We asked for the maintenance to come- they never came. We found out later they went to a wrong unit. 2. Again, as Lembang is a cool place, theres no reason to leave the upper floors roof unsealed. Its good for ventilation but those rooms upstairs are freezing! 3. Lighting is poor all over the villas. Too dark! 4. Theres a pantry but I dont see the purpose of it as there are no plates and cutlery, only cups. Are we supposed to do our dishes there? But wheres the cleaning stuff? Its really confusing. 5. The place is full of mosquitoes when we checked in, a sign that the place has been empty for a while. Although the staff was quick to provide us electric mosquito repellent when we asked for it. 6. Almost no privacy as the villas dont have curtain in the living room area. Only blind for bedrooms upstairs. Maybe its just our units. But based on this, were definitely not going back!

  Need a lot improvements!

  Visit this venue with big family on June 2019. We feel very disappointed for the service. Lamps in the villa are not taken very well, we often to call the household, but their response very late. Also, there was a leaked sinks. We call the household, and the cant solve the problem. There is no cuttlery (plates, spoons, etc) and kitchen inside the villa. So if you gonna trip with your family, you have to bring your own. Its very pity, compare to price we should paid.
