  This is a beautiful villa style hotel ,which has a swimming pool and a garden that opens directly onto the beach. There are not many rooms here and so as a result it is quiet and not crowded,often it felt as if we were the only ones there which was wonderful .The room we had was on the ground floor,sea view and with sliding doors which opened onto the garden.There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the room. The room was clean and spacious,tea and coffee making facilities,safety deposit box and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had an amazingly powerful shower and complimentary soap,shampoo and conditioner. The staff were exceptional. The manager was friendly and enabled our stay to be most enjoyable. There are only a few members of staff and they all worked hard and were extremely friendly. They made an extra effort to ensure my husbands birthday was special . we only ate breakfast here but it was huge and delicious . Fresh fruit,toast with jam/marmalade,banana pancakes,eggs however you wanted them cooked ,sausage,bacon and tomato and Tea/coffee because we opted for western style breakfast . Sri Lankan breakfast was available also ,you just have to inform the staff of your choice the night before. Lunch and dinner is also available and is cooked to your requirements I gather as you have to inform of your choice the day before. The garden area has sun beds ,chairs and tables and pool towels are provided. There are also 2 hammocks which are lovely for relaxing in. There is no licensed bar at this property but this is not a problem as just down the road/beach there are places to buy alcohol if required. This is a lovely relaxing hotel,the perfect place to unwind ,I fully recommend.

  Villa 700 is at right hand side of the Galle - colombo road, near by Iduruwa. This place must be visited in your life time, I have spend 2 nights at there. which place unforgettable memories in my mind. In short Sea view :- superb, private, balcony Rooms:- excellent Service :- Brilliant Surrounding :- Claming Places nearb :- Iduruwa beach , kande viharaya, kosgoda tortoise conservation places, fisheries , madu gaga visit. Food:- delicious , colourful, Awesome (Local recipe is the excellent menu) Freedom :- plenty Make sure to visit the place and enjoy the life.

  Wonderful property. Great location, Pool, Spacious Rooms and washrooms, clean. Helpful staff with a great chef..Superb food. Enjoyed the stay very well. The chef arranged the food as per our expectations and requirements. Hope to visit again

  Lovely Villa

  We had a lovely family holiday. Stayed BB and menus to be cooked. Food was tasty and well presented. Place was clean and spacious. Staff were always courteous, helpful and obliging. Kudos to Villa team!

  An amazing villa with the best staff

  Had an amazing experience being at Villa 700. From the moment we confirmed, the manager was in contact with us checking on our meal requirements. The check in was soo easy and we were let to be as comfortable as possible. Staff was attentive 24/7. They always kept an eye out emwhen we were in the pool or the beach for our safety. We had a flexible check out time as well. Would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great place to have a small gathering with friends. It was a great to experience this whole villa for a weekend. Thank you team Villa 700. Very grateful for the service!!
