Nice hotel!Only stayed 1 night with my boyfriend, but really regret not staying longer. Subotica is beautiful. This hotel is good value, room was clean & tidy, the TV has enough programs, the aircondition was a helpful heating, great bathroom & a view ro the street. Parking available at the front and back off building all under cameras so very safe. Breakfast was the best... made to order fresh from the menu with a glass of Juice and also Coffee. Very very surprising and very tasty. Next door to a huge Market open Sundays which you have to pay. Very big so make sure you walk past all the foods. You could honestly spend half a day exploring. Nice hotel in a quiet location, staff very friendly.

Weekend tripHotel is located about one km away from downtown Subotica, next to the open market, small football pitch and a car wash place. The location is not ideal but it is good enough. Room size is above the average. Everything is very clean. Breakfast could be better and they are slow to serve. Best way is to order by phone and then come downstairs within the next 15 minutes. I give it 4 stars over location and breakfast.

Classic SerbiaThis hotel is beautiful. The interior was of a very high standard and the rooms, while not enormous were luxuriously furnished for such a moderate sized hotel. The staff spoke in English and were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony on the back which overlooked the local football ground which entertained my son at times. He even attended a match. There is a very colourful open market next door to the hotel which seems to go on for miles: equally entertaining. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent in th evenings and i would recommend them but the breakfasts were very odd for our tastes( vegetable stir fry each morning with lemon cheesecake and rhubarb? tart as an example of accompanying items). The cereal was all poured into one container: cornflakes, oats, cocopops etc which made it inedible. There was fried egg and sausage on offer though, European style, and fruit. You have to ask for items when they run out, like milk, orange juice, cups. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the town. At night this is not a great idea as the street lights are blocked by trees and their are holes in the footpath so we went over on our ankles a few times. There is a bus stop which comes regularly, although the last bus back is 10:15pm. What we realised towards the end was that the equivalent of £2 would get us into town or back in a taxi! Serbia is a different experience. The food is great and very cheap as is the transport.

Great overallStopped in because it was convenient in our travels and we wanted to catch World Cup. Young desk clerk extremely helpful and courteous. Kitchen open til 23:00 and bar longer. Price for a room was reasonable. No air conditioning in Hotel restaurant or lobby and with temps in upper 20sC it was uncomfortable. Rooms had AC tho. Room was clean and bed comfy. Easy access on route 12. Dinner was great but Breakfast the next day was just ok but not spectacular.
