  Not the best place to stay if you want British company

  Stayed here in August this year, lovely hotel, great swimming pools, aqua park is great, reception area is air conditioned at night with nice seating and two bars. Now the tough bit, this hotel doesn't really cater for the British, there's always something to eat but it was often cold and not really recognisable, there's lots and lots to choose from but we just didn't like anything and trust me we're not fussy eaters. The drinks are great, the beers good, the local spirits are great. Breakfast is fine if you like eggs but you'll have to face the scary egg lady who doesn't like the guests. Rooms are fine, clean, comfortable, our room was great but the kids room has various things not working. Be careful if you're going as a group, you can't request an adjoining room (even though there's 160 of them, you have to ask for one upon arrival and there's none available. We ended up 4 rooms apart which is difficult as our sone is type 1 diabetic and has to be checked at around 2 am every night which meant walking the corriders sometimes twice a night. The staff speak little English so communication can be difficult. This could be a real gem as the hotel is lovely, just the food that put us off.

  Lovely holiday

  We have been on holiday 12 Oct-18Oct and our stay was pleasent despite all bad reviews. Hotel it self is stunning , amazing interiror , rooms are also a little unusual design from a simple hotel. Lovely beach with lots of subeds . Food was nice lots to choose from , so safe to say that you would find something you like. Drinks - staff doesn't seem to want to make coctails , however something simple is never a problem. Spa centre was lovely, we choose spa package which included souna,turkish bath,full body massage and hot stone massage. All staff where very pleasent and proper profesionals. One of the therapists name was Mehmet Ilanli and we can't remember African girl's name. Massage was amazing and we felty much better after it. Animation team was okay, but not as many entertainments during the day. Please note you need to pay for WIFI (not expensive ) but we decided to go one week without wifi and it was great experience, just relax. Overall holiday was amazing, Thank you to all staff they are working very hard.

  Beautiful hotel.

  Family of 4 ( 12 and 14 yrs) stayed in 2 rooms. The food offered is plentiful all through the day, theres kebabs,kofte, pizzas, flat breads, and waffles to name a few.in the main restaurant its buffet style food with plenty of choice lots of different dishes available, although the name cards of the food is sometimes not very descriptive "chicken and sauce" the food isn't piping hot, i would say more luke warm. The dining experience I would say is a little chaotic finding a available table to sit as is the first challenge and when the service window in the main dining room is at an end you feel a little rushed. You also get one evening meal at their a la carte restaurant, you can choose from their Turkish or italian meal, we chose turkish which comprised of a selection of cold starters and hot starter a main and dessert. Your only choice from the menu is if you would like to have beef of chicken for the main. The hotel offers beach towels everyday available from the spa. Internet needs to be paid for at an extra cost not expensive and the reception for wifi was strong from the rooms to beach. The pool and beach area is lovely great for a spot of snorkelling too, plenty of sun loungers with parasol and shade if you like, the water slides are great too. The rooms are clean but the doors do slam so beware of other guests returning to their rooms late at night as you do hear the slamming through the night. The staff's English is limited but they're very helpful.

  Nice hotel but needs a facelift here and there

  The hotel is beautiful and majestic from the outside. The reception / the hall / corridors and the room were really nice and modern. the room was clean and spacey for two. The pool area was clean, but gotbreally crowded afternoon. The beach was not sandy - we were aware when booked the hotel - but the pier was really nice an convenient to get in/out of the sea. The umbrellas and the sundbeds needs a bit of maintanance or change. The bar near to the beach was really good - we enjoyed the snacks prepared freshly there. The buffet in the main restaurant could be very very crowded, but the food was good for our taste. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout of our stay. They tried their best to help us anywhere and anytime we needed. Overall we had a nice stay here, but if you consider this hotel do the research beforehand to precede the suprise.

  7 nights Stunning Hotel BUT!

  The hotel looks and feels brilliant trying to enjoy my holiday in peace but the hotel staff are so rude expect when there manager comes they all act professionally not lol they didn't even let me bring my dessert back to my room and pretended they don't speak English idiots! There food isn't all that had salad and chips to be on the safe side. Don't recommend this hotel to nice people you better of going to the one next door Long beach hotel. They are professional. Peace remember managers all I'm saying just need to look into what professional 5 star means. This is a 3 star the most. Best wishes in Hotel Management. Must say the younger staff they was more helpful then the older ones. Peace
