  Perfect hotel for family and sport camps

  I have visited this hotel almost every since 2011 for a holiday with family and sports camps with our club and every year we leave with great satisfaction. Fantastic kitchen, spa and nice and very good service. I have already booked our next holiday and camp for next year

  Holiday trip to Kemer .

  Had a very pleasant trip to Turkey again at the end of august 2019 .The room, the food ,the services,ect .. the staff especially very efficient and polite Nice place to visit .Air contitioning everywhetre for this who canot stand the heart Just very disappointed to see and to hear from other tourits the bad behaviour of unpolite russian tourists.Shame that i saw even russians drinking beer in the pool and show it way back in.the pool ! What bad manners.Try to aim other tourists then only Russians ....French ...english .dutch scandinavian. Thanks in.advance Mrs Brigitte Adjian-Jilke / France

  Reflections

  My wife and ) had 2 weeks stay at Viking Star in september. It was our stay nr.18. Also this time we had a very Nice stay ! The staff are all over so Nice and giving the best services. ) really feel they do their best for giving us a pleasant stay ! At this hotel we meet old friends and are conecting new ! ) miss more nordic people and ask you to come to a place with a nice atmosphere ! The entertainment team are so kind and Nice to everybody and are making conections between people with a lot of different activities and training.They are so competent in there Jobs! )just miss there shows at evening time ....The meals are allways well composed and delicious and with the highlight Turkish Evening! The hotel need some refreshment and need to be taken good care of !The free internet should be well function ! Thank you again for a nice stay and seeing forward to come back !

  I was travel here with my wife.We have spent here 8 nights in Kemer staying in Viking Star Hotel.It was a big mistake to book this hotel.My first opinion was close to bad,but the personnel here is very helpful,polite and friendly.Then I change my opinion from bad to moderate.Once we arrived to the hotel they have offered us room no.112.We checked the bathroom and didn't satisfied with its condition.Then the hotel staff offered us another room,but the situation was the same.Next room was smelling a tobacco...After 4 rooms hav e been checked we understand that in the hotel to be renewed some sanitary equipment at all and refreshed interior as well. Despite of this first negative impression we have accepted another room (after 4th attempt to find appropriate room).We also were surprised about sound insulation of the walls..Our neighbours had very loud sex every night and once we just asked them during their "performance" maybe they need some help,they became to make all their things more privately.Another neighbours were always drinking and have a loud afterparty...It was annoying us.So my conclusion if you want some relax and chilled place,try to look other place. There is something wrong with such good ratings and 5 star.I recommend do not thrust attractive advetisement.Maximum level of this hotel is 3-3½ star.But the restaurant and the staff there are very good.

  Friendliest staff ever!!!

  Well....First I need to thank all the staff who made my time so great staying at this hotel, everyone really made me feel at home and treated me as one of their own. Mr Ibrahim (the big boss) is an amazing and a real true gentleman. The staff at the kitchen, MAHMUD! HABIB! made us feel very welcome and always checked if we were okay and needed anything, thank you again my brothers. This is a hotel with predominantly russian / german guests, i did not feel out of place at all because I was treated like family. Thank you to also Feysal and Ali the security guard, who were always professional and great gentleman. I will book this place again soon, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
