    Declining hotel

    Went to Viking Nona in mid-October 2019, it was our second stay there (first in 2015). Sadly, the hotel has changed for the worse. We specifically requested a silent room when booking (we are both very light sleepers) and were shocked to find out upon our arrival that our room was facing the street (Deniz Cad.) and a buzy stop in front of the Fame Park Hotel. A Russian-speaking receptionist was very rude and said no other rooms were available, despite any previous confirmations, "maybe something will turn up tomorrow, come back here in the morining", we were told. As we found out later a couple of our friends who arrived a few hours after us, got a more silent room without any requests or "individual monetary incentives". In the morning another rude Russian-speaking receptionist told us that there were still no other rooms available for us in the entire hotel. Makes me wonder if they might enjoy torturing people, who expressedly ask for silence, by sticking them in the noisiest corner of the building, and giving away better options to those who do not care for them, God only knows what they are thinking.. The balcony door would not close, so we asked for a repair, but noone bothered to come in the 10 days we were there. Cannot remember any brush up with receptionists or maintenance workers in 2015, this time however we were appauled by the rudeness of the Russian-speaking reception and overall lack of management involvement. The beach is messy and overcrowded with people from other Viking hotels, need to book a sunbed early in the morning to get a decent location, the beach boy yells at the clients, drops their stuff off the sunbed as he pleases without any apology. Could not bare it for too long and went to a different beach for the rest of the holiday. The food was quite nice, but has also made a turn for an economy trend - no proper olive oil or vinegar, noticed once or twice some dishes were off (which is not too bad, but not too good either). If in 2015 the hotel could be considered a 4-star, now I would say it is only a 3, given all of the above.

    Great Holiday

    Everything was fine, I was accommodated in a room with a sea view without paying anything extra, excellent sea view, very receptive and friendly staff !!! the hotel is located tens of meters from the beach.

    general impact

    We arrived early morning on 8.08 and in spite of high season got an early check in; a nice room with a sea view. Quickly, polite and without extra fee! All week a very good service and no stress. Clean and comfortable. Special thanks for reception and restaurant staff.

    Great vacation

    The hotel is pretty new, 1 minute walk from beautiful sea. My warmest greetings to all hotel personnel for their support and care. Everything was tasty, comfortable and fine. Special thanks to the man working on the beach, everything was always under his strict control) he always helps you if you need to find a sun bed in shadow despite people leaving their towels on at 6 a.m. and coming after 11. Rushtu, we wish you a warm winter! ))

    My October holidays in Kemer)

    I have had marvelous vacations in Kemer in the Nona Beach Hotel. There were many Ukrainians and Russians at this time there. Many thanks to staff working in the hotel. Guys, you did a really great job to make guests feel relaxed and forget all the daily routine. Everybody was smiling and caring. I loved service so much here. I felt myself safe being at the hotel in spite of Corona, all the staff were wearing masks. The hotel itself is nice, though I would rate my room for 3*. The food was very tasty, wine at the bar was also good. Thank you guys from the kitchen and the bar! One thing which was really annoying was music at the beech from the adjacent bar. Mostly Russian hits and it was too loud. I would recommend to turn it off at all. My overall impression of the hotel is very good and I would highly recommend to stay here.
