    Un hotel muy agradable

    La relación calidad precio es excelente, muy buenas piscinas, el personal de camareros y cocina muy amables, equipo de animación son muy atentos y preocupados de que pequeños by mayores se lo pasen bien, ideal para familias con niños, el beach club es bueno y la zona piscina relax encantadora. Comida es buena y variada,. Internet va lento por la tarde noche pero por las mañanas temprano va estupendamente. Lo recomiendo. Y el mar es turquesa, impecable y de agradable temperatura.

    The hotel had positive impact on my travel experience - nice territory and good buffet. I have arrived to the hotel in 5:30 am, because my travel company was changed the flight time. On the reception the administrator suggested me 40 dillars for fast early check-in. I and my wife and doughter was very tired and i asked to my wife to sleep on the sofa near the reception(seems that conversation heared personal on the office desk), but then i asked to him about reducing price to 20$ and we go to the room, there i again asked about discount and the manager answered: he should ask the director and then he will give me ansver(of cource the answer was YES) and finally we got a good room for 20$ and also the breakfast was included as we got the hotel's braceletes. The room have nice view to the rocks and the garden of oranges. The windows have good sound isolation and the sound from the muslim church didn't interrupt our sleep. The hotel have good territory and if you don't want go anywhere then you can be near the swimming pool. The hotel have very good animation team and they are help to improve our holiday et morning it have several games with adults and after the lunch the childs could play in the kinder room(my daughter really enjoyed it). In the Kemer twice a week opened a market: Monday - is nearest the church a food market and in a next day a long cloth/eastern sweets market(They are start collect tents in a night of monday and works there until the night on thuesday) Several negative words: 1. GYM -the gym have the conditioner and he doesn't work intentionally. Near there are the sauna and turkish hamam and the temperature in the gym is very hot and moistrure as the neighboor swimming pool have detached part of glasses window to get ventilation to the gym but it doesn't help as it is very hot and moisture. About this issue very know a tovel reception guy and on the administration desk. Unfortunatelly they does't fix issue during 5 days. If you will use a gym in this onditions you could get a heart attack or some cardiovascular issue. I requested fix it on the administration several times, but te administrator E'NDER answered to me: "I could just blow(breath) to you as does the fan" and he blew on me from his mouth (the unpleasant smell from the teeth was very strong). - the theadmill doesn't work if i increase the incline(immediattelly stops - it was very dangerous). - The exercise bike stuck if you increase the load Also there is not possible to do any exercises as every equipment or broken or worked incorrectly or have low weight and so on... 2. The boufet near the waterslides doesn't allow to go the food. My child didn't want to eat the food in the standart boufet and once i decided to make a gamburger and feed my shild, but the personal didn't let me take food with me

    Family holiday

    Nice family hotel. We have a double room with door between the rooms. Food was the only thing which dropped this hotel to 4 star. Of course we realize that we were in Turkey, bit still... Kemer is a nice looking small place with lots of shopping options. Couple of good restaurants. We went to Land of Legends waterpark, it was approx 1h away from Kemer. Air conditioner worked perfect and 24h reception was great. Very happy and helpful crew with best bartender in the world (Mehmet). If you like swimming and relaxing, this is your place

    My fifth visit loved it!

    Dear fellow-travelers, Hope most of you have had a chance to enjoy your vacation at the Turkish Mediterranean this summer. If you are not familiar with the Garden Resort Bergamot Hotel 4* in Kemer it is an all- inclusive family-style hotel nicely tucked away among lush citrus gardens. The key word for this hotel is family-style. Please also be advised that this lovely 233 room hotel is not a beach-front facility. Your kids and yourself can enjoy several pools or go to the lovely private beach. The shuttle runs every 30 min (8am-6pm) and the ride will take 4 min only. One of the hotel features is its Relax Garden where adult guests (16+) can peacefully swim in the pool or lounge around and enjoy magnificent views. Generally Bergamot is very conveniently located. Markets and stores are within walking distance. The most accurate up-to-date description of the hotel and its services is available at the web site hotelgardenresort. Most of Bergamot guests are return ones who are happy to be back. However, I was surprised to come across some weird reviews from far-off Russian or Belarusian locations. I think I know Bergamot good enough and can assure you that: access to the beach is no hassle the shuttle runs every 30 minutes; rooms get renovated after every summer; air-conditioning units in rooms work very well; housekeeping service is excellent; all public areas are super clean and the grounds are in perfect shape; food in the main buffet restaurant is excellent with a lot of variety; Pastry chef - top of the line!; dining-hall and the terrace provide hundreds of seating spaces; My special thanks to Mrs. Maria from guest relations. The front-desk guys were friendly and helpful. Mr. Necmi and his assistant (main restaurant) were nice and friendly. Mehmet from the pool-bar was very efficient. Old-timer Adnan was enthusiastic even at the end of the season. Some of my concerns were brought to the attention of the Management. Hospitality is not just about hard work it is also about the atmosphere created by the staff. Hopefully next year the employees will be properly trained, and the Animation staff will be replaced. Thank you and see you next season!

    Okay

    The holiday overall was decent but the hotel was a bit of a pain. We arrived one day and then we were moved the following day to another part of the complex. The staff were alright, not very talkative.
