  Back to former times - in the heart of Volkach

  This hotel is a nice step back - renovated old building with modern comfort of bathroom facilities and TV and W-Lan. Situated right in the center and all nice walks to be done easily. The hotel offers breakfast - very nice and individual. The only remark, if you come later than 6pm you need to inform the hotel as the keys need to be placed for you. Other than that a beautiful countryside hotel for a relaxing evening or stop over.

  A travel back in time on first class

  A very good hotel. Splendid rooms breakfast wonderfull and very special. Free Cheese in the night. Worth visiting A historical building with a Tower. In the center of a very nice Franken wine village. Nogt cheap but you get a lot for the money

  Strange hotel room

  Hotel itself is very nice, smiley staff, very good breakfast. We bought a suite which was the biggest mistake. Description extra large king size bed is not true, there are 2 separate matrasses put together with a whole in the middle. The living room was really very strange, there was a large leather bed and two armchairs and the entire room was very gloomy. We did not use it at all. Another point worth to mention is a window in a bathroom which had no blinds so we had to use pillow instead. If we return next time, we will choose definitely a standard room hopefully the description on booking.com is true and we get a real king size bed.

  Best service in Germany

  Full disclosure, I've only seen a hotel room. It is all about the restaurant and outstanding food and service our party of six enjoyed. Germany has so much to offer, but prompt, friendly service in a restaurant stands out the rare times it is experienced. Fortunately, the food, wine and beer were equally good. Classic regional dishes.

  Very nice

  Nice hotel in the cernter of Volkach. Clean and individual style rooms with modern appliances. GooD Wifi. Had dinner in the hotel which was also very tasty. Good selection of local wines. Friendly service.
