  Good alternative in Binz

  The hotel offers parking very conveniently located near the rooms. We booked the smallest possible room category, which we came to regret since the room was comically small, but I guess thats our fault and not the hotels. Nice pool and spa area. Good breakfast.

  Good hotel in decent location

  spend a night there on a recent business trip - given the proximity to stralsund, we stayed in binz. positives: - nice and bright rooms - great breakfast - great breakfast location with a nice terrace close to the breach promenade negatives: - room could have been cleaner - quite noisy with various service trucks disrupting sleep in the early morning hours

  Rip-off! Avoid!

  Avoid this place! Huge waste of money! Really bad hotel with terrible customer service, monolithic impersonal building located in second row with no view of the ocean, outdated rooms and furnishing, and rip-off greedy hotel policies that charge customers for no services offered. Never again! Only positive is the restaurant next door. Conclusion: fine to eat here, but stay at a different hotel!

  Very nice stay at this hotel, just a couple negative notes

  This hotel is truly ideally located in the center of Binz. You only need to walk 2 minutes to go to the beach and to the Strandpromenade! There are also a lot of restaurant choices very close. The Spa is very nice and we really loved our Anti-Stress Massage that we got to have together which was very practical. Our room was nicely decorated and we appreciated to have the Suitetablet which is full of practical information! Breakfast offers a lot of choices, in a nice room (with balcony) with great views so every breakfast was a very good and relaxing time (beware the sneaky seagulls if you are eating on the balcony :D). Also, service is very good. People are very welcoming and helpful whenever you need something! However, if you are - like us- fluffy and sturdy pillow lovers, you will be disappointed! We had to ask the reception for 1 more pillow per person but it was still not enough. Also, we would have appreciated to have a normal 2 persons bed and not 2 single beds put together because we would often get stuck in the hole in the middle. Parking our car or getting it out of its spot was always annoying (it is a vehicle parking system made of car lifts) but we did not use our car that much during our trip so it was ok. And anyway, we really recommend you pay for the hotel parking because it would otherwise be impossible to find a place to park your car in the street.

  Unjustifiable price. Way too expensive for what you're getting.

  At approximately 200 euros a night, the hotel was way too overpriced. Unfortunately the cleanliness was also not as I expected. Dust on the heating in the bathroom and 2 spiders on the wall which were not removed even after the room was cleaned. I have also nor received new towels on the first day. An additional towels for drying ones hands would be helpful. The breakfast was standard, nothing special. I have received much better services in the past for a cheaper price. Every Motel One offers more comfort and cleanliness.
