  Loved this hotel

  Our stay in this hotel were amazing . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel management and the stuff are super kind, helpful, friendly. Food and wine and cocktails are perfect. Wellness very big, clean with amazing view to the mountains . Just loved it and can recommend it to anyone . Thank u Ljudmila D.

  Excellent in all respects

  Everyone and everything at the hotel was wonderful. The staff in all parts of the hotel was remarkably friendly and helpful at all times. We speak a little German and understand much more; the staff was patient with us and did not insist on English, which we appreciated so that we could continue to improve our German. The food was excellent and the services offered were exactly as we had hoped. The hotel is very close driving distance to the Pitztal glacier and right next to the Riffelseebahn. We hope to return soon.

  Fantastic

  It was not our first trip to the Vier Jahreszeiten and for sure it won't have been our last. We came here for three days of skiing. However, strong winds up on the mountain kept us grounded on day one. Luckily the hotel is not just perfectly located for a ski day (right next to the station) but also has way more to offer than that. The helpful staff offered us to organise a snow shoe hike, which we gladly accepted. After that we didn't find any difficulties spending the rest of the day at one of the two beautiful spa areas or eating our way through the delicious specialties from the kitchen (our favourite is their Kaiserschmarren). The atmosphere in the Vier Jahreszeiten is very soothing for your soul. Quiet (even with kids around) and spotless clean. The breakfast buffet is stunning with a huge selection of both savoury and sweets. Dinner was exactly to our taste too. We will miss their meals. The only thing that they could improve on in our oppinion is the state of the kids area. A few toys were already damaged or parts missing...howerver, most kids probably won't notice since there are many things to play with. All in all we will leave happy and are already looking forward to our next stay here.

  Great hotel, great service and great vegan food

  Rooms were excellent, service was exceptional and the vegan food they offer was excellent. Very close to the gondola station to Rifflseebahn ski resort, and a 5 minute free bus ride to the Pitztal Glacier ski resort. Ski pass for both was included.

  Top location, good food and friendly service ;-)

  The hotel is very well located close to the cable-car and to the start of many hikes. The rooms are comfortable and I would recommend the rooms in the new building. In the main building, the rooms are OK but some refreshment would not be bad. The breakfast is very well served and worth a visit. At lunch time, the buffet is perfect, especially the cake after a long hike. The dinner was really good as well and not served in too large quantities. For people very hungry, the salad buffet offers a wide choice of fresh food. One suggestion for the dinner: it would be good to put all the families with small kids (especially the uncivilized ones) in a separate room to let people really enjoy the meals. The spa/pool area is perfectly divided. One part with the pool and the shouting kids and one part, adult only, no textile, which was during our visit really quiet with just a few visitors. I would also like to mention Michael who is doing perfect massages. I have tried the sport massage and it was really perfect!
