  Convenient

  Convenient hotel in Bantian Shenzhen close to Huawei about 10 minutes walk from Huawei training centre. It is on top of a shopping centre which has a super market on first floor. It is also on top of macdonald's. Their rooms are big and sometimes smell of smoke which travel from one room to the next via the air con. I regretted the fact that there is no safe in the room. The laundry service in winter is not good as they don't use dryers so the clothes come back after two days and still damp. Only one staff could speak basic English.

  Bad Service

  Be careful not allow a lot of credit cards (they complain is bank but this happens to more than 10 different guest among a big group) Ask for not smoking room Front desk team do not speak English (worst experience they cannot solve problems due to this issue/ communication)

  Comfortable Economy Hotel (with lots of "buts")

  Stayed two weeks on Huawei business. The hotel is clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. Front desk is friendly and helpful but have limited English skills. The breakfast buffet was Chinese and edible, but not very good. There is a McDonalds adjacent to the hotel entrance. Lots of restaurants in the area and most have English menus. The hotel does not change currency, but there is a bank of China five minutes walk away (turn left when leaving the hotel). The area is noisy, and subway construction is going on in front of the hotel, but I didn't have trouble sleeping. Tip: the cold canned beer in the lobby fridge is only 500 RMB (85 cents). Good way to end a long, trying day.

  Good hotel but below average breakfast

  This hotel is very good for Huawei staff. But Breakfast is Chinese specific. Very near to Huawei training center. Bus to major locations of Shenzhen available from drop step. E-8 bus shall take you to dongmen, shopping place. Houqanbei is also near by.

  Good clean hotel in Shenzhen

  Stayed for one night part of a visit to a nearby factory. Booked a panoramic view room on the higher floor for 394 all inclusive at trip.com The room is new and clean. Free wifi. Two small bottle water free inside the room. The aircon was good. View I didnt see anything as such. Just it overlooked the neighbouring apartment. Shower had a good water pressure. I wanted only for a night stay, I didnt look for much facilities. However happy that the hotel is clean, free from any smell and dirt. There is a KFC same building on the ground floor. Many other food joints are available. As such I'm happy with the stay. I didnt try the breakfast, not sure it was included or not. We had from outside along with our suppliers. Front office staff hardly speak English. Still she used her phone translation app to communicate. Water boiling kettle available but no sugar or creamer. Tooth brush, shaving set, comb were available in the bathroom beside towels and soap.
