  A relaxed and wonderfull home near the beach

  We spent a week in Villa 62. Three bedrooms 4 bathrooms, huge windows, great light, wonderfull and relaxed decoration, a small swimming pool, a small garden and a patio. We had our meals near the swimming pool in a well prepared barbecue area. Walking to the beach takes 15 minutes of a really nice walk through ria formosa, on a wooden bridge - sunsets from here are wonderfull ! Service and cleaness were great, we were very well received !

  Victory Village Club's Pool BAR is well worth a visit

  Victory Village Club's Pool Bar is well worth a visit - great fresh fish, the best oysters and fresh clams. Delicious sandwiches, freshly made salads and various cocktails. Definitely a surprise that has improved the quality of our holidays. I highly recommend it!

  Feels like home and Victory Village Club- Terrible customer experience in a horrendous apartment.

  We rented this house for 1 week in the middle of August 2019. To start with, our experience with Feels Like Home, which was the company that rented the apartment was really bad. They were supposed to deliver the keys of the apartment after 15PM. We arrived at 16PM. The agent wasnt there. When we called her, she told us she was delivering another apartment in Albufeira (a nearby location) and told us she would arrive in 1 hour. The hour passed and no one arrived. We called her again and she said she would arrive in 45 minutes. That didnt happen either. She finally arrived at 19:15, so we stayed there, waiting for her more than 3 hours. We got the apartment 18-A of Victory Village Club. When we entered into the apartment, we found a horrendous situation. It didnt look at all like the pictures that we had seen in booking. Lots of issues, dirt everywhere, water pouring out of the shower, shower hose in bad condition, old fridge, stains of moisture on the walls, main door squeaking, rust everywhere in the kitchen, and an old couch in a poor condition. Ive taken and uploaded some photos where you can see with your own eyes all this mess: We escalated this situation to Feels like Home customer care department but they didnt do much. They just offered us to solve the shower problem. About the rest of the issues, they said they were the normal wear and tear of a local apartment. They also said they were not harmful to health :(( Even though we were in a peaceful and wonderful location, that apartment spoiled what could have been a great holidays. So, the only thing I could say is avoid renting through "Feels like Home" and in particular avoid renting this property. I just hope you don't make the same mistake.

  Contemporary design, great location, fabulous beach

  This apartment was a great find. Ideal for two people, it was spacious light and very comfortable. The attention to colour, pattern and texture of the interior decoration gives it a contemporary, comfortable feel. The small kitchen was perfect for a short stay and had all the amenities you would need, including a good coffee machine. The wifi was good, UK TV channels very welcome and air conditioning a lifesaver. The beautifully manicured grounds are a pleasure to walk around, and the whole resort was serenely quiet. There are loads of good restaurants nearby. Gigi's on the beach was our favourite. The beach is easy to reach over the lovely lagoon area. It's a perfect spot to watch the sun go down and has a beach bar, umbrellas and a lifeguard. The resort pool is a great place to top up the tan, hang out, grab a reasonably priced bite and drink. Thoroughly loved our stay and would love to come back one day!

  Great location

  Apartment was a bit dated and needed a bit of love (new kitchen and a/c units) but the pool was great and the food at the bar, better than at the beach, and excellent value. We Great location within walking distance from beach. We enjoyed our time again in one of our favourite holiday destinations.
