  nada lejos del centro, desayuno excelente, amabilidad y bicicletas gratuitas

  Es una elección excelente: trata inmejorable, conexion a internet con 2 ordenadores en recepcion, habitacion limpia y espaciosa con todo lo necesario, desayuno incluído y riquísimo: zumo exprimido, huevos o tortilla, todo hecho en el momento, y bicicletas gratuitas, todo ello a un precio increible, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

  Incredibly professional & FRIENDLY

  Guests are greeted with spiced tea and staff who speak fluent english. Staff was always available for any request. Location was ideal. Just off busy main street with 2-minute walk around quiet, small lake in a real neighborhood. Lovely, clean rooms all with windows and some with balconies. Top floor restaurant for breakfast and evening room service. Lots of restaurants right near by. Cheaper than a homestay in this business class hotel with 20 rooms.

  Amazing Service

  Had a wonderful stay for two weeks here at the Victory Hotel. A great neighborhood that is quiet enough to get good rest but still within walking distance from the tourist areas/ more vibrant nightlife. This hotel has truly thought of everything in your hotel room- even down to scissors and ear plugs if you need them. Very friendly and welcoming staff. One even helped us order food when we were struggling to communicate. Classy vibe and great views from the balcony. Amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

  A nightmare - louder than a party hostel

  I really hate to give bad reviews, but my experience here was terrible and they did little to mediate. What you have to realize is this place is the hotel equivalent of a party hostel. Staff provide discounts to Vietnamese who come late to just spend the night partying in their room, do drugs, and screw their hookers. This isn't just one room, this is many. The room next to us brought a boom box and subwoofer into their room and were BLASTING loud music for hours in the middle of the night. I'm a reasonable guy, I've done this before and gotten complaints. I lower the music to a respectful level and continue. I didn't need the party off, just a bit quieter. Too much to ask aparently... We called the night staff to get them to turn down the music. Night staff barely spoke any English. Rather than knocking on their door and having them quiet down they BARGED into our room while I'm half naked and grab the complimentary earplugs the hotels provide. Ignoring the fact this was totally impolite, it wouldn't have helped because the entire floor was VIBRATING from the loud music. I demanded they knock on the door and get them to quiet down. The staffs response was shutting our door and saying "sorry Birthday" like that excused the drug addled hooker party this guy is having in his hotel room at 3am on a thursday (there were other rooms in the hotel doing the same thing, just not on our floor). My girlfriend and I were sick and tired and had to wake up early. Staff weren't helping us. I proceeded to bash the door and ring their doorbell non stop for 2 hours. They'd lower the music, I'd go back to bed, they'd turn it up and repeat the process. At one point staff promised they'd get them to quiet down, forcefully pushing my girlfriend back into the room where we watched through the peephole to see what he did. He stood in front of their room, not even knocking, for 2 minutes until he left. It got to the point where I was body slamming the door attempting to get in while the prostitutes pushed furniture against the door so I couldn't get in. Eventually, at 5am, we figured out how to call the rooms phone (which staff never did), and threatened to call the police. The room being filled with drugs and hookers (when he opened up for staff one time I saw) I guess the guy didn't want to get busted. I've been in $2 a night party hostels in Thailand that were more peaceful than this place. I don't pay 30 dollars a night for this kind of experience. Ok ignoring this terrible experience, the good and the bad about the hotel itself: Good: - decent location - clean and luxurious bedroom - balcony Bad: - full of locals bringing prostitues to party (saw 4 different rooms like this on a Thursday night) - very basic bathrooms om that felt more like a 1 star then a 3 star - useless night staff, impolite

  fabulous overnight in Hue

  We got a free upgrade to the large room here. The hotel had beatifully designed and clean. To be honest it was the less expensive hotels I have been in Hue. The room was comfortable with lovely bed, nice view. Very pleasant staff, good english, I had no barriers to communicate with them. We had great breakfast offered with many choices. I had no hesitate to recommend this fabulous hotel .
