  Staying at Victor's was a dream come true!

  Great location-the tram drops you off one block from the hotel. The hotel was the MOST BEAUTIFUL hotel we've ever stayed in during our many years of travel in Europe. The rooms are HUGH!! The price is MOST REASONABLE. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We were treated like royalty. The breakfast was deiine with great selection and quality. The restaurant was top notch AND reasonable. In all our travels over the past 25 years, this hotel was the one I would rate number one!!!

  What a find!

  This was such a brilliant experience. What a hotel. Rooms were huge. Bathroom was huge. Everything was beautifully furnished. Breakfast and dinner (in the restaurant) was excellent. Staff were fabulous. It is a quick tram trip from the station. The hotel gives you a tram card so all tram trips are free. But it is an easy walk too, up/down a lovely street and next to a park. Erfurt is a very beautiful town with a restored medieval centre. Returning to our wonderful hotel after a day of beautiful sites was just fabulous.

  Affordable option outside city center

  We stayed at this hotel for a few nights during the winter holiday season. We arrived in Erfurt via train, and we took a taxi to the hotel, which is south of the station. The ride was only a few minutes and not expensive. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. I walked around late one evening, and the area seemed quiet and safe. There are a few small shops nearby, such as a grocery and a bakery. Notably, there is a tram stop only a block away, on Tschaikowskistraße. The facilities were clean and modern, and our room was large and spacious. We had a room on an upper level overlooking Friedrich-Naumann-Straße and there was almost no street noise. Staff members were polite and helpful. Every morning the restaurant offered a basic European-style breakfast. Our room rate did not include breakfast, but we did receive tram passes, which allowed for unlimited rides during our stay. This was *very* convenient, as the nearby tram stop goes straight to the train station and then onward to the city center. (The desk attendant told us that if we were controlled on the tram wed need to show a form of identification, but this never occurred!) I would recommend this hotel if youre looking for a good option out of the city center.

  Excellent place to stay

  I've visited many of the hotels in Erfurt over the years. This one is an exceptional one! I strongly recommend it. Room and bathroom were spacious. Comfortable and elegant furnished, with large windows. Lobby and restaurant welcome to stay there. WiFi works perfectly over the whole area.The staff is friendly. There is a coffee machine at breakfast, the option for a brewed coffee served at the table is offered in parallel. Pass for public transport during the stay is included in the price. The tram station is not more than 100m away and in 2 stops distance from the main train station, 3 stops to the city center.

  Good Hotel, Unfriendly Reception

  We visited this place during a Trip across Germany. From the Border of Switzerland to Flensburg, from Bremen to the Eastern Border. We enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The room was large and clean, the furniture stylish. Everything worked. We also liked the way how they implemented Corona measures for Breakfast. This would be a 5-Star rating if the guy at the Reception would be a bit friendly. We did not felt like guests, more like intruders. I hope, we will be able to give a 5-star rating next time. Mabe one other thing: We booked a room with "garden view". In reality the Garden was the messy backyard from a private property next to the hotel.
