  Good location, close to restaurants, shops. Sky City Hamilton across the street. Rooms are spacious including bathroom. Free wifi but very slow. Free parking is a plus. Reception is good. A shopping center is close by including KMart store.

  We stayed here for one night and it served really well for a flying visit. First impressions were formed upon meeting the staff who were really cheerful and helpful. The room itself was a good size, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Overall the place had a bit of a tired feel. There was some noise and we were at the rear, so maybe the windows could do with some double glazing! Can't complain too much because it was so cheap. I'd stay again for a night, but no more.

  Great room.clean.spacious.noisy.

  Stayed their for one night.picked a one bedroom apartment that had a balcony over main street so we knew itd be noisy.and it was.very entertaining tho watching the drunks wandering.quietened down at about 2a.m. Unfortunately we did not know their was a big event (bridge to bridge run) the next morning and awoke at 6.45 to loud speakers and an hour later hundreds if not thousands outside :( Room itself was great.very roomy and clean.no sky tv like advertised which wasnt good. Great location.2 minute walk to casino . Friendly managers. Carparks are free but hv first in first get basis so suggest getting their soon after check in time if wanting park.

  Excellent

  Once again, we have chosen to stay here and are not disappointed. Really roomy rooms and right in the heart of the CBD. Owners were very friendly and helpful and gave us an upgrade to accomodate an extra person. . Will definately be staying again.

  Falls visit

  Great hotel in the heart of the tourist zone . No need for further parking fees. 15 minute walk to the heart of the Falls. Lovely staff , especially room keeping & great breakfast buffet. Ideal if you want to cross the border into the US, walking or driving .
