  My five days in victoria motel

  I would like to appreciate the management of victoria motel for their hospitality they offered me for five days l stayed here,It was safe,calm and welcoming.Good house keepers,groomers,good food,good cars to transport me to my conference room and back.I remember the driver for himself driving,l remember mr Abiine john aka ssebo for his friendliness,good work Rehema and all staff in the kitchen and bar. l would like to come back again and meet them.   This hotel has no hot water. Took 3 hours to make chicken and chips. The staff is very unhappy. The beds are not comfortable some rooms don't have showers they have bathtubs. They do have wifi so that's a plus. It's right on the street so you hear cars go by at night. This is the worst hotel I have ever stated at. From USA.

  This motel is very basic, the rooms are barely adequate, you have to turn on the hot water, no -one advised us how, luckily we sussed it out so we could have hot showers. There was a washing up bowl to stand in as the shower room doubled as the toilet, only a shower curtain between this and the room. Took staff ages to prepare dinner waited 3 hours, and when we asked for more butter for the toast at breakfast, I think it must be on rationing. Only good point was the pick up for the airport was on time and comfortable vehicle.

  Basic and unwelcomed

  Don't stay here if you can avoid it. The rooms are basic and not well maintained. Furniture and beds are very old so not very comfortable. Also my room was on the street so the noises from the street kept me up. For one night is ok but not worth the price they charge, since they don't offer any services. The reception is almost not existent, and when I arrived I was worried as it didn't seem a motel. There are other places in enter be for the same price that offer much better service.

  I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN AN HOTEL; very noisy, not very clean, frequent interruptions of electricity and the internet, poor sanitary facilities, inability to take a shower with hot water. NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED!!!
