Great Place!stayed for 2 nights whilst on a course, initially booked a 1 bedroom apartment with campbed. Arrived and was immediately upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. The place was spotless, great location and most of all, fantastic value for money. I left my E-ciggarettte behind , one phonecall later and it was sent to me, thank god!!!!! :-) Staff could not be more helpful, highly recommend.

Cracking StayI stayed here for two nights. The apartment was stylish and comfortable and had everything I needed. It's in a great location and had all amenities including Tesco, restaurants and cafes all within a short walk. The staff were all very friendly and helpful particularly Jon who sorted out one or two requests including late checkout on Saturday. I will definitely use the apartments again.

Left in the lurchI feel driven to write a review which will perhaps help me to maintain a modicum of sanity considering the situation that the dopes running this business have left us in. I'm so full of disgust and anger right now at the, frankly, immoral treatment by the (mis)management of Victoria Apartments. It's now ten days until Christmas and today my Mother has been informed that the apartment she booked for our family five months ago has in fact been double-booked. We're flying over from London, made tons of family arrangements, and we've even ordered all the Christmas food online to pickup at a local supermarket. As you can imagine, she is distraught! Five months and not a peep until now! It makes one wonder what the reality of the situation is. Did someone else really book this very same apartment over five months ago and fail to recognise this mistake?! (hmm...is that likely?) Or did they decide to take a better offer and breach the agreement we had? (I wonder, I wonder...) either way, all these people seemingly care about is money and have a complete disregard for the disarray and upset their actions have caused to loyal customers. (Oh and what did they offer as a form of compensation? 40% discount in a restaurant they own! So, basically, they want us to give them more money for their screw up. Utterly ridiculous!) Yes, you heard me folks, loyal customers. For at least five of the last eight years we have rented apartments in this building during the Christmas period. Some years we even rented more than one. You would have thought that a small business would value loyalty wouldn't you? I'd probably expect this treatment from a multi-national corporation or, at least, I wouldn't be so surprised. I could say some positive things about these apartments. I mean, we have stayed in them many times. A leafy suburban Belfast avenue, a beautifully grand old townhouse, etc. But, sadly, the memories of those past experiences have been tainted forever more. Take heed. [I've no doubt that that they will leave a defensive response, discrediting what I've said and complaining that I am 'trying to ruin the reputation' of their business as one manager has written in response to another negative review further down this page. Go ahead! Write your response! I'd actually like to see your public attempt to justify your actions!]

Dishonoured booking Victoria Apartments 896446459I booked to stay here THIS Christmas 2015 .On Monday , TWO DAYS ago, - less than 10 days before I was due to arrive , Jon emailed me to ask me to ring him - only to tell me that he had sold my accommodation- which was booked in September 2015 to another party. My Christmas plans have been completely ruined - I've had to cancel visits from family . I think that I booked first.- in September 2015When did Jon's error come to light? Is Jon using multiple booking channels without due diligence ? How can this be legal? Christmas is an exceptional time .It makes this sloppy business practice akin to negligence. Be warned - don't let Jon spoil your holidays - book somewhere else.

ExcellentBest self catering Apartments in belfast. David is a fabulous host and made the whole family so welcome. My kids were 7 upwards any younger and stairs might be a problem. So much space. Super comfy beds ,lots of toiletries, tea coffee, milk, butter, jam, and david left treats etc especially for us. Fab bathrobes. So clean secure parking so quiet neighbourhood. Definitely return next time in Belfast. 5 stars not enough he deserves 10 or more.
