  no bar but fantastic rooms

  this was a business trip to perm it was very good hotel in the city centre rooms were suites there was no resturant or bar though breakfast was available in your room the mini bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced this is a top hotel for quality and service

  Spotless, central and welcoming

  A real find. Two minutes' walk from the Perm Opera House and Green Line. Spotless, comfortable hotel. Good-sized bathroom with bath. Best of all, the welcoming staff who can arrange anything from a kettle in your room to a tour of Perm-36. Hotel Director Andrey collected us from the airport, and drove us back (through a snowstorm) all the while providing us with interesting information about the city. We had breakfast in the cosy dining room but could have had it in our room. A relaxing week-end break, even in winter.

  Not clean. Bathroom & room smelled like sewage.

  Apart from a very helpful member of staff who helped us out on the last day of our 3 night stay, there is nothing good I can say about this hotel. I don't normally write bad reviews but I really don't want anyone else to have the horrible experience my husband and I had. The room was not clean. The bathroom smelled very very strongly of sewage and this smell seeped out into the room. In particular the shower curtain smelled absolutely awful. The room was very small. Wifi was temperamental. The window didn't open properly. There were lots of bugs in the room. The air conditioning didn't work and the room was an unbearable temperature at night. My husband couldn't sleep due to the heat and asked staff if there was anything they could do to help. Although they were pleasant enough, nothing was done. The 'british' style breakfast had to be ordered the night before, it wasn't possible to choose in the morning. The breakfast was strange - e.g. the porridge had some kind of oily (maybe sunflower oil?) type substance in it. There were lots of bugs in the breakfast area in the morning. I have stayed in quite a lot of budget accommodation in different places and usually never have any problems. As long as a place is clean I am not picky! But I really hated our stay in this hotel. It was horrible. The bathroom smell was just the worst.
