  My stay at the Vhafamadi

  Perhaps the kitchen can review the breakfast menu. For the three days I spent there they served the same menu on breakfast. I noted on Friday they cooked porridge and that was great as the weather permitted for such on the day. I did not dine therefore no idea of what was served for dinner

  Too noisy, good service

  The shower door was broken. The worst part of staying there was the noise in the morning firstly by people who stayed there (they can ve forgiven if they were not told about noise regulation, that's uf there is noise regulation in this property). And secondly (worse) noise by staff members, not sure if they're chef trainees who were just shouting and yelling whilst we were trying to rest. Other than that, we checked in late and we were well received. The service in the property is really good.

  Excellent service

  This is a perfect place to stay and rest before you continue with your assignments in the area. We had a fantastic stay and a delicious breakfast. I wouldn't mind spending my night there when I visit next time.

  Overnight stay

  Excellent service, from arriving till departure. The room was neat and tidy, I really cannot fault anything. I will definitely suggest your establishment to anyone travelling in your direction. Should I travel to a nearby destination, I surely will request that I stay at your guest house. Great experience !!

  Terrible place

  The place looks nice on the internet but not good, there is nothing luxury about the place. The room door is transparent, one can see what is inside the room from outside. The room does not have space to work, had to use the bed to work on my laptop they have no space. I was not informed of what is available in the room, had to use my phone to phone them. Their Wi-Fi was not working, I requested assisted, a lady came to check it out but was not able to assist. She indicated that she will come back but never did and no one advised of anything. The hand soap container in the bathroom was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, I took pictures of everything. The were cockroaches and something like a lizard in my room. When I called them, the lady send the security instead who came with Doom. This showed me they know that their place is not clean. The security instead of taking out the lizard, he stepped on it and the smell was horrible. Even him couldn't stand it but yet he left me like that with the mess. Once again I to phone them, finally the lady came and she couldn't stand the smell as well, only then they decided to move me to another room. By this time it was just before 11pm. I have never seen a dirty place like that yet they charge over R900. My health was affected because I started feeling nausea from the smell of the dead lizard, I hardly slept. In the morning there was a noise from the gate, they let the small gate not closed and the noise from swinging and staff. They forget they have guests. AVOID the place
