  Need a refresh

  We were a few days in pertisau. Food was average: presentation is very nice but taste wise and freshness is not the best. There is plenty in the plates but it's not exciting. The room was old but clean. Old sheets, old towels, old look and feel. The spa was not up to our standard and it is strange that all person working there were not Austrian. The hotel is very dog friendly.

  Unforgettable holiday

  From the second when we booked to the second we departed, the staff at the Kristall Hotel made us feel very special. To new rooms are stunning and the overall upgrades (only re-opened beginning August has made the hotel from good to excellent, the restaurant is never lacking and the staff, well they want to make the stay unforgettable. Situated in Pertisau, access is easy, and there is so much to do when there. Whether walking, going on the well planned short trips or driving to nearby locations, it was all too easy. The next objective is to visit during the winter months, I am sure it will be spectacular. Well done all at the Kristall.

  A wonderful place to relax

  We returned to Hotel Kristall for the third time in three years. They have remodeled the entire hotel and it is soo much more beautiful. We received a warm welcome, our room was ready even though it was before 3pm. Our room was large and had a balcony with a beautiful view to the Karwendel mountain. The restaurant is excellent and the food very good. The owner has a large wine cellar and the wine is nightly paired to the meal. The restaurant is parted into many rooms so one does not feel so crowded. There is also outside seating. The staff is well trained and friendly. The wellness center is very large and accommodates every wish. The hotel is situated against a creek and forest and the hiking trails start at the hotel. Daily they offer hikes with a guide. To walk to Achensee is a short 10 Minutes. There is plenty of Parking around the hotel. The owner is always present and very helpful. It is a place we look forward to returning again and again.

  Beautiful Hotel, Scenery and Wonderful Staff!

  Beautiful presentation when you drive up to the Hotel. Very Friendly and Accommodating Staff in the Reception Area. Peaceful surroundings and outdoor Spa Area. Although we came from the Munich International Airport, it only took us 2 hours to drive to the Hotel - the scenery was Beautiful! Innsbruck Airport is 45 minutes away. There is plenty of sights to see (especially the Achensee), and things to do outdoors while at the Hotel. The Decor and Furnishings were Beautiful - whoever did their Interior Decorating did a Great Job matching colors! Our Room had two Balconies with one overlooking the outdoor Spa area and a Mountain and the other overlooking other Homes and Mountains. We dealt with numerous Staff during our six-night stay and ALL were Accommodating and Sincerely concerned about making us Happy. The Cuisine was First Class in Presentation and Taste and there was PLENTY of it - we never went away from the Hotel Restaurant hungry. During one Evening Meal, there was a Harpist and during another, there was a two person local Austrian Themed Band - both were entertaining. During a couple of evenings, there was entertainment in the Bar. Although we didn't partake in the Spa or Fitness Area, by the looks on the faces of other Guest whom did, they looked relaxed and Happy afterwards.

  Best place to spend your holidays

  Hotel Kristall is the place to be in Pertisau. Top quality food, top service, top location near the Achensee, top staff and beautiful wellness. Big variety in saunas, treatments. It makes you feel at home. Friendly staff. We will be back for sure.
