    Muy buena opción en Karlovy Vary,

    Tiene una excelente ubicación aunque sin vistas especiales , buena relación precio calidad y muy buen desayuno y cálida atención de su personal. Limpio y en una calle tranquila y céntrica es una buena opción para presupuestos intermedios para estar cómodos y en un distrito muy bello de la ciudad.

    Enjoyable stay with spa and treatment package

    It was our second stay in Karlovy Vary and our first stay at the Venus Spa Hotel but we will definitely stay at it again next year. First of all, due to its location in one of central but quiet streets quite close to both mineral water springs and all shopping and walking areas. Secondly, we've appreciated the treatments - 17 treatments per person per week - prescribed by Tatiana Bocharova, the in-house physician, who was very professional and friendly. The spa centre is modern, well-equipped and very clean and the treatments were excellent. My special thanks go to Miroslava, a massage therapist, and Yanna providing electrotherapy treatments. My husband and I both had individual therapeutic programs and, of course, individual plans for drinking cure of Carlsbad mineral water. Besides, I took an opportunity to get some extra wellness procedures at reasonable prices. Our room wasn't big but very warm, clean, comfortable and with a great view from the balcony. The front dest staff were really helpful at all times and very friendly, especially pani Yanna and Denisa. Both the food and the service in the in-house restaurant were more than great! Every day there was a big choice of meals, pastry, fruit and vegetables to all tastes. All in all, our winter vacation in Karlovy Vary has been absolutely relaxing and healing owing to the Venus Spa Hotel staff and management.

    Great location. Cleanness 3 out of 5. Especially bathroom.

    Again best of this hotel is its location very close to springs. Springs are only for drinking. There are NO Hot springs pools available to public in Karlovy Vary .Huge disappointments. Treatments offered by Hotel are expensive and not related to hot springs. Very small chlorinated water swimming pool and 2 person hot tab... Not enough personnel speaking basic English. No coffe or tea available in rooms. Breakfast bad coffe - speciality coffees not included , very limited fresh fruits. If you are planing to visit Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) - beautiful place to see- limit it to 2-3 day stay and if you like swimming choose Thermal Hotel . Finally do not exchange monies here.

    Nice hotel in the heart of Karlovy Vary

    We only spent 1 night in Hotel Venus, but we got a good nights sleep. The room was average size, clean, nice large bed with comfortable mattress, all the necessary amenities. The sink in the bathroom had weird small marks on it, like something hot had at some point came out and burnt the surface of the sink (was thinking maybe it had something to do with the hot springs). We were not able to enjoy the breakfast as we left very early before breakfast start (at 7 am). The front desk staff was friendly, although the level of English could have been better. However, since most of the tourists in Karlovy Vary are Russian or German, I can understand those languages will have priority over English in this resort. The hotel is right in the city center, which makes access by car very difficult. We had to park some 20 min walking distance.

    Good rest, good treatments

    Went there for a spa/health treatment complex. Staff was friendly, speaking both Russian and English sufficiently. Meals tasty and with good variety. The facilities are clean and organized. The treatments have a 10 minutes late- treatment lost rule, which I personally find great, because I don't think anyone loves waiting for an hour after someone tardy. If ypu can't make it- you can reschedule in advance. Wifi strong on all floors. Restaraunts and tour agencies are within 5-10 walking distance.
