  Perfect stay in Paradies

  Our stay in Venus Escapes was the best we ever had. Karen and Ted were friendly and helpful. The room beautyful with all you need. The breakfast was perfect, all wishes were satisfied. If we stay again in Victoria, Australia, we will come back. Lilli und Manfred

  Great location & very comfortable rooms

  The property is located just a 5 minute walk from Beach 2 and you can hear the surf from the room. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed with beautifully soft linen with a beach themed decor with (except the dated green carpet). The owner Karen was extremely warm and ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, well presented, and with great coffee to boot. A very nice stay, thank you.

  Great spot, great hosts

  My wife and I recently spent the weekend at Venus Escapes and absolutely loved it. The location is awesome - at the end of a dead end street so nice and quiet but also only a 5 minute walk to a huge and beautiful beach. It's also a pretty close walk to the small Venus Bay town where we went to one night for a casual dinner at the pizza place. The hosts, Karen and Ted are two of the nicest and most thoughtful people you'll ever meet. They made us feel very welcome and were always there to help but also gave us our space. We would definitely recommend a trip to the quiet, peaceful beachside town of Venus Bay and if you do that then definitely stay at Venus Escapes.

  Hidden gem in Venus Bay

  This is a belated review of my stay at Venus Escape a few months ago. I had a wonderful time spending three nights there. The moment I entered the place I felt like I had arrived at the right place. The place smelled wonderful. Just as relaxing. The room was really clean. The bed was so comfortable with ultra soft bed linen. Karen and Ted are super friendly and welcoming. I miss Karens food and Teds special T2 teas behind his bar. During the stay I had a very relaxing massage. In the morning we had great walks and a run on the beach. We didnt explore the wider area as I felt like the place has enough to offer for a short stay. It was the kind of holiday I wanted.

  Karen & Ted run this magnificent tranquil B&B to perfection.

  Arriving at this truly peaceful, tranquil place was just what I needed to get away from the city. Only 2.5hrs drive from Melbourne, surrounded by magnificent Mother Nature herself, I was ready to welcome the serenity of what I had previously read, and I wasn't disappointed. The Owners Karen & Ted welcomed me with genuine warmth and care, two of the most beautiful people you could ever meet. I settled in to my huge room that has everything you could ask for, not to mention the view from my bedroom window and spotlessly clean. Appropriately named, it truly is a BLISSFUL Escape!
