Nice friendly hotelUpon arrival met by Steve who was very friendly ozzy Got keys shown to room Bit small than we had expected but was very modern but no wardrobe for cloths just a open rack system Asked receptionist in morning if we could move was no problem gave us 2 options near the smaller pool Room was bigger and plenty wardrobe space etc Position of hotel I great 20 min walk to town where a few bars were lively Jimmys been the best. The karaoke compare is mad Went down quite a few nights even tho we were all inclusive as on a night the hotel was dead atmosphere due to no entertainment due to virus Plus after 30 mins the music they played in lounge area did your head in Greek rubbish But we didnt mind going to town as the price we paid for all inclusive was very cheap I thought the food was good plain but no fancy meals but always could find a meal to put on your plate and for the price I dont know what some people expect Would definitely go back in the future and hopefully the entertainment will be back on and will improve the atmosphere on an evening Which when said I think the hotel could have tried to put something on even quiz night etc as I am sure Steve would have been a good compare But as it was last week of the season maybe to be expected All saiid great hotel great people running it See you again soon maybe Dave &Julie

Room 209....If you are looking for a relatively low cost decent, clean hotel with a lot to offer then I would suggest you sincerely look at booking the Venezia. Particularly room 209 if your budget allows.. believe me when I say that this room is spectacular. I have stayed in 5* accommodation all over the world and this is up there with one of the best rooms I have stayed in. Spacious, sunny all day, own jacuzzi on the terrace, gorgeous bathroom, big comfy bed, fridge, A/C and enough mirrors for two girls to get ready comfortably. Honestly? Its probably the best hotel room I have had the pleasure of staying in. I did some room research before we arrived and emailed ahead to ask for this room and was delighted when I learned we had been allocated it. Our friends were given another jacuzzi room (201) at the other end of the corridor which was also gorgeous. If you dont get 209 the others are lovely - but this room is for sure, the jewel in this hotels crown. I personally didnt think the swim ups offered much more than a pool outside your room. The ones at the bottom end of the hotel were literally on top of the regular pool and so didnt offer much privacy or point as you may aswell have been in the normal pool - the ones in the newer part I think would be better from what I could see as they looked more of an infinity type pool which would be nice to have as you open your patio but I wouldnt know the room numbers for these. The food is ok. Listen, if you want 5* a la carte gourmet dining then you know what to do. For us personally as 4 girls on holiday we ate well at every meal. Some servers were happy and smiley, some werent. Would it affect how I felt about the overall holiday? Not really. The food was cooked well, was consistently hot, well presented and with all the covid stuff going on in the background I think the hotel did well to provide what they did. We didnt go hungry put it that way. The all inclusive drinks suited us aswell. With drinking of an evening we werent that bothered about getting hammered from 11am so shandies and later on a glass of wine suited us. I get that its not like other AI hotels but if its that much of an issue book somewhere else that has cocktails 24/7, its mentioned enough times in reviews so you cant say you werent warned! The bar staff we found to be lovely and always smiling and willing to fill our water bottles for us! The hotel is located about 15 minute walk away from downtown faliraki which at the time of visiting would close at midnight anyway due to lockdown rules but we managed to eat out a couple of times and found the choice plentiful. There is a small shop onsite selling alcohol and snacks which was a little sparse but that might have been due to the pandemic and time of year (September) but we always managed to get crisps and wine when we needed them! We booked with Jet2 and opted for a private transfer, it took 20 minutes as opposed to the 1.5 hours it would on the coach. So opt for that if your budget allows. Overall I think this hotel has a lot to offer and I would recommend it. So much so I am looking to come back myself later on in the year with my fiancé because I want him to experience room 209!!! I only hope its available for our trip. Communication is excellent from the hotel so I would advise you email ahead of time with your requests. But please dont hesitate to book if this hotel is on your shortlist. Youll be pleased you did.

Nice little breakI stayed here from 28th Oct to 1st Nov 2020. I will start with the negatives and end of a positive. The hotel is kind of in the middle of no where with nothing thing within walkable distance. The food could be better, the AI drinks were barely alcoholic and the superior room was extremely basic with a dodgy door lock which took 3/4 mins to be able to get into and a loose shower head which always left a very wet bathroom floor and the pillows were like cement. The pools are absolutely freezing to the point where you couldnt enjoy them. However......... All the staff were so lovely, reception, restaurant, and bar staff, all amazing and a credit to the hotel. Its very clean and presented well. The snacks were good as was the breakfast and the restaurant has an amazing sea view. Its only about 20 mins from the airport and 5/6 mins drive into faliraki and the beach. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus twice a day. The little onsite aqua park for kids was great.

Our first all inclusiveOn arrival we were met by Steve, a lovely man who we ended up stopping to talk to most nights as he was so pleasant. He even orders us a pizza one night when we came back starving! (Its the little things)! For a young couple who spent little time in the room we found it ideal. Somewhere to shower and sleep and get ready on a night. The room was of a good size and had a hairdryer and place to hang clothing and 2 drawers. Safe in the room we could use at an extra cost and AC included in the price. TV in the room too and 2 mirrors which is always a bonus! The pool areas were beautiful and we spent a day in both. The lower pool is a lot quieter and had a lovely view whereas the top pool has more kids and is where the snacks are served. It was our first all inclusive and we probably didnt use it as best as we could but we had breakfast each day and the bar snack each afternoon which consisted or burger, pizza and my fave the roasties! We made use of the all inclusive alcohol which is wine and beer through the day then cocktails and spirits from 6. I know it wouldnt be cost effective for them to serve other alcohol but the beer is heavy and I dont like wine so come day 7 I was a bit fed up with the beer as it obviously bloats you. The handful of times we did stop for dinner and tea it was good but I can see why some people got bored as it was very much the same food. Id say more variety and maybe different puddings too but as it was coming to the end of the season they were probably my just trying to use the last of everything. The hotel is at the top of a hill and about a 20 minute walk into town which we didnt mind as there were bars on route but others may want to avoid or possibly hire a car which I do believe the hotel offer. The hotel does have gym and spa facilities which I didnt use but they can be used. There is also an on-site shop which has the essentials. We really enjoyed this hotel and would go back for definite!
