  you get what you pay for

  nice people and always willing to help. the hotel is clean, the swimming pool its ok, the breakfast is a typical breakfast of a 3 star hotel. perdhika is a wonderful village and ask a room on second floor where you have a wonderful view of the near by islands such as moni.

  Friendly, peaceful and picturesque

  A delightful small hotel with fine sea and harbour views including light and airy bedrooms with balcony and efficient air conditioning and fridge. A generous sized pool for a hotel with only around 40 rooms plus pleasant grounds, shrubbery and generally peaceful ambience. The buffet breakfast is quite adequate for the price and when there are only a few guests, the staff sometimes bring an individual tray of all components to your table ! The staff themselves are exceptionally well-organised, friendly and helpful - they went to the trouble of re-organising our original booking from the nearby Venetia apartments (which was all our UK travel agent had been able to arrange) to us being able to stay instead at the Venetia Hotel which is what we really wanted. Aegina is a delightful, typically unspoilt Greek island where time has seemingly stood still for a number of years : the Venetia is very much in keeping with all this.

  Laid back hotel within walking distance to the sea

  I was there for a weekend wedding on the island. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and most have a sea view. The breakfast buffet was rather weak. This hotel is a 10 min ride from the main harbour and about 30 min drive from the historic monastery. Has a small pool and seems to be a family friendly place.

  Very nice place for families

  Very good location in Perdika with a mini market right across. Nice rooms very helpful people and very nice pool for windy days. Close to cafeterias and restaurants which are a 5 min walk away. May take the boat from the small port for Moni island right opposite.

  Cheap effort but no character.

  The hotel is a very economical one but does not offer anything positive to remember. The only thing that struck me was the tight bathroom, with a toilet seat where even the thinnest would have problems fitting and a shower where dropping the soap was not an option as you could in no way fit to bend down to recover it.
