  Awful experience

  If you work hard to earn money, don't spend them at this place. Hotel owners built an underground place to stay for Ilca Hotel staff. Of course this place is far away from the sea and the hotel. Staff have to walk from the hotel and pass from the very busy road in order to reach this place. Wierd part is coming.. Apart's amenities are at ground level of this staff's staying place. So when you are sitting at the patio, you can see all the staff movement to and from underground. And you can hear them. This is not bad actually, these nice people never disturb guests. The bad thing is knowing that there is another world just a few meter below of you and their staying conditions are awful. What else? As I mentioned, very far away from the sea. Access to sea with kids & sea stuff is very painful in sunny summer days. Rooms are very dirty and there are bugs at beds (my son and I had to go to hospital for this and had to use remedy with cortisone). Water supply is not from city network, instead, from well. I don't know how much clean is this. There are very limited eating place nearby. There is a kitchen in the amenity, but you need car in order to make shopping for cooking. It was very unpleasant stay for us and we never stay there again.

  Amazing value for money. Very nice and clean rooms. The host was very helpful and nothing was too much problem for him. We loved our breakfast. Thank you so much for having us. Hoping to return again soon

  Lovely holiday

  Me and my friend was looking for a nice place to stay for our holiday and we found this lovely place which was amazing for us because it was a bargain price for the holiday.when we saw our rooms we actually surprised room was clean and all new with air condition and had everything you would ask for in a house! the owner was very lovely and friendly we felt like we are in our houses.breakfast was amazing in the morning they served us in the balcony. all the workers and people was lovely and welcoming.defo would come back again !!!

  An excellent hospitality

  It has a very peacefull environment and a great crew. I really enjoyed my time there. It does not have access to the sea but as it is a branch of Hotel Ilca you have access all benefits that Hotel Ilica offers like it's beatifull beach and and it's sea with a blue flag
