  Classy attitude!

  I was very impressed that, when requesting a room for a Friday evening in May 2017, a representative named Morgane kindly informed me that there would likely be a noisy concert on the premises that evening. Many if not most hotels would simply confirm the room, saying nothing. Very classy, indeed. Merci beaucoup, Morgane!

  NOT RECOMMENDED. watch out - NO HEAT!

  I have arrived at this hotel on a biz trip Oct. 9 in the evening. Temperature outside: 12C, to drop to 8C overnight. No heat in the room. The night watchman informed me that "the owner did not turn on the heat, and is unreachable". I requested that he contact the owner to resolve this. No resolition until 9am, when the reception told me "hopefullytomorroe there'll be heat". I will not pay this night, and I am warning all of you who want to stay here: think twice! It's supposedly a three star hotel - I travel to France often and have never seen anything like this.

  Not impressed, sadly

  Bar and restaurant not open on Monday. when i asked about late check out i was told it all depended on the cleaner and where she was and they would only know later (one hour later checkout - midday!). First place i have ever been refused a glass of water, and it must have been a misunderstanding, but no effort to find out more. Quiet even though major road works outside. Loud wooden floors and locks on doors. loud cleaners outside my 'do not disturb sign' - for maybe 20 minutes or more. tax not paid up front. took tem minutes to produce a 6 euro bill. Lots of niggles.

  Very Good Friendly Helpful Staff Well Situated For All Amenities And Very Good Price Comfortable, Spacious Well Decorated Rooms Peaceful Nights Sleep Great Breakfast With A Glimpse Of Art Deco History Reflecting Right Through Each Hallway And Room To The Grand Ceiling In The Restaurant Close To All Transport Recommended

  Charming style hotel

  Very nice location dowtown, easy to find and to park around. Nice and efficient welcome. The place is really old style hotel, clean with all modern comfort. Bar and restaurant are closed for the moment but they had good beers in the past, sure it will come back. Quiet night and good breakfast prepared in advance.
