  Hotel céntrico y limpio. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia con vistas al río y a la piscina. El desayuno es bueno pero estaba mal atendido. El personal tiene un serio problema y no saluda para no perder de vista la pantalla del móvil.

  Good location

  This hotel is well located and provides a nice view. It is close to restaurants and bars. The hotel is okay but is a little tired. There is no elevator. The breakfast is ordinary however the view from the dining room is very nice.

  Lovely hotel on the River

  This is a quaint hotel with many levels all looking out at the Nam Song River. Across the river are beautiful mountains to view along with a peaceful setting. The pricing was reasonable and breakfast is included on the deck overlooking the pool. The beds are comfy and rooms are clean. We were treated very nicely by all the staff. The location is perfect to be able to walk to all shops, restaurants, and events.

  Greedy dishonest staff vs Great views

  I walked in without prior reservation and was offered the hotel rack rate for a room without a view. When I was about to leave and change my mind, miraculously a lovely mountain-river view room was available. Since I was not convinced we went to see the room prior booking and I have to say that the room was very much decent. To double check that I was not being overcharged I went online to see the OTA prices and I found it around 10$ overpriced...I asked, instead of paying directly, can I book the same room online so I can get a better deal (it was available). Then the employee started to say no madam: reservations is gone, cannot, no booking, I cannot check, etc...so many excuses not to loose his commission for selling the room at a rack rate...This made me very upset cause your employee was not being honest and I do not appreciate liars. To end the discussion and find a solution I asked if we could get a complimentary 2 hours late checkout (standard time 12:00 noon). Again said no for many excuses, wanting to charge extra, which I understand...but since my request to book cheaper online (price was cheaper and if booked online hotel would have had to pay a commission) I thought my request was more than reasonable. Manage to get only 1 hour late checkout but this was never communicated to the next shift...again in the morning staff was chasing departure time...made the stay very unpleasant. I didnt get to enjoy the day trip because of it. Shower water had no pressure, water was only dripping, changed from hot to cold all of a sudden. Loved the sarong though, it was a nice touch. No toothbrush is provided. Breakfast was average, limited selection, no staff paying attention when I came in, fruit section was covered by little bugs... but I appreciate the staff with came to let us know if we wanted anything else from the buffet before they removed it. If it was not for the views, this stay would have been a horrible experience mostly due to greedy staff...

  Screwed up my VALENTINE'S

  I ordered and paid for a QUEEN BED when I got to the hotel I booked in and found a double bed in my room. Just too small for me I was told on the phone while I was booking that there was an elevator to my room on the 5th floor. Well turns out it was a 3 floor hotel and no elevator. THE AC SUCKED!.. Stains on the lampshades and MOLD IN THE BATHROOM. You cannot believe the lack of attention from the front desk staff. Apparently customer service is Non EXISTENT. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL GROUP AGAIN.
