  Disgusting Hotel

  Terrible terrible terrible .I would never in my whole life recommend such hotel .very very dirty and old .breakfast disgusting. Rooms are ugly and dirty ,after guests leave their rooms they do not even clean them. If they have guests in the first place. I found used condom underneath my bed and buddy found hair on his sleeping sheets .

  Just dirty and gross

  There isn't really anything good about this hotel... The wifi doesn't work The rooms are dirty, mouldy and out dated, misquotes get inside... The shower head doesn't reach your head to wash your hair you have to be on your knees .. And I'm 5foot 6!!!! The pool feels like a chemical puddle never been in a pool so rich with chlorine! The arrival welcome drink is straight sugar syrup.. The breakfast is extremely unhealthy There is nothing close by.. Yep that's all.

  A little dated but good value

  While not the most modern hotel in the city this location offers budget rooms at an affordable price. The rooms are somewhat dated but ours was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. Surprisingly, the noise levels were not too intrusive at night and the local rooster seemed to crow only during the daylight hours. Breakfast was provided and was reasonable. We also ate at the in-house restaurant on two occasions and found the food to be of reasonable quality and quite inexpensive. The large pool area was clean, as was the pool itself. While the free wi fi worked intermittently in the room, it worked well albeit slowly in the common areas. The in-house taxi service was very useful to have available, and cost only around 12 USD per hour. This was very helpful given we had neither visited the city previously. Pickup and dropoff at Wattay International Airport is available for a fee. Staff were welcoming, helpful and professional. Tariff was inexpensive. Recommended.

  Love the pool

  Best thing about this hotel is the pool. Most of the time you'll find it to be quiet and it just feels great to have the pool for only you and your company. The room can be noisy at times when people start talking loudly from the restaurant. If you are light sleeper, make sure to ask for a quieter room away from it and prepare earplugs yourself. Amenities are simple but provided with everything you need. We found the room often not to be cleaned properly but not a big deal to us. No comments on breakfast since we had never tried. As late risers, we ate out all the time. All in all, no serious complaints.

  Underrated

  Let's focus on the positives, people. Large classic old world rooms, lovely gardens and an absolutely fantastic perfectly clean swimming pool. And I have not even mentioned the night club yet, which should have world heritage listing it is so magnificently dated. A genuine must see. Minus one star because location is not ideal for sightseeing and the food is pretty terrible.
